"The Hilton Yuma Pivot Point doesn't quite live up to its prestigious name. My room had a torn couch, a slow-draining sink, along with a dirty shower enclosure. All of which was documented to the front desk manager's attention. No one came up to inspect my room. Notwithstanding, the breakfast was very good."

"The manager Omar Ayala went above the bar so friendly and accommodating enjoyed our stay very much the elevator was acting up the Company was called to fix it, they just changed out our smoke detector and housekeeping hadn’t vacuumed yet and the manager came and vacuumed our floor our room had a microwave and refrigerator with freezer in our room so nice the beds and pillows were clean and very nice the rest of the staff was also very friendly and nice There was two women us traveling alone...
