The Space:

Welcome to our cozy cottage, a serene retreat that perfectly combines comfort and functionality for both relaxation and productive remote work. With two beautifully furnished bedrooms featuring queen-sized mattresses, you'll enjoy restful nights. A full-sized bathroom with a luxurious jetted tub offers the perfect way to unwind. For additional guests, the first-floor lounge includes a daybed and trundle with two twin beds. The living room, equipped with a sofa, accent chairs, and a 65" 4K TV with surround sound, is ideal for relaxation and entertainment. A large dining table for six sets the stage for delightful meals or game nights. Smart lighting, a well-equipped kitchen with dinnerware for six, and a fully stocked coffee bar with a Keurig and drip coffee maker ensure convenience. Plus, a private office with high-speed internet makes remote work seamless.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole house and backyard.



The Neighborhood:

The Cozy Cottage is located in a small, quiet neighborhood just North of US 2. We ask all guests to adhere to our quiet times and to please be respectful of our wonderful neighbors.



Getting Around:

We have a two car driveway in front of the house that is uncovered and gravel. There is space for 2 cars parked one behind another, but it may be tight fitting if you have extra large vehicles.

One of the benefits for staying with Superior Getaways, is that each of our reservations come with a damage protection policy, so you can enjoy peace of mind that your stay is protected, without paying extra high security deposits!



We are happy to be a dog-friendly home, but all pets, including service animals, must be disclosed at booking or brought to our attention before check in. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $350 fee. If unauthorized pets are brought to our attention during a guests stay it will result in a $350 fee as well as termination of the remainder of the stay. Please let us know before you visit if you intend on bringing a pet. Please limit to only two dogs.



This home does not have A/C, but there are cooling towers in the home.
