Secondly the water slides were down a lot. Thirdly the adult hot tub is no longer in use. Fourthly every time my grandkids went to play mini golf (4 different times) there was no one there working. The snack bar by the pool was closed for hours yesterday to clean the fryer. I thought that should be done when it’s not open...

"The place was clean but my room location wasn’t that great. It was almost underground with no view of anything and the room was super small with very outdated furniture. The staff was nice."

"Room was very clean, modern, and well appointed. Check-in was a breeze and staff were very polite. Had an issue with our tv remote and help arrived in less than 5 minutes. The complimentary breakfast included sausage, home fries, eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, juice and more - very impressive and a great way to start our day. Used the pool prior to leaving and it was clean and 83 degrees with towels provided. Highly recommend."

"Not a good place to stay. Seedy and run down. Room was clean as far as linens, floors, bathroom. Walls lampshades not so much. Some suspicious characters outside. I stayed overnight because my husband was in nearby major hospital. After stressful weeks of hospital visits, I thought I'd give this hotel a try for lower cost but it just added to an already stressful situation. Safety catch on door broken. Wasn't very confident the door lock would hold Never again."
