"Room was clean, staff was almost non-existent, had to wait 20 minutes to check in because there was no staff. There is a lot of noise from the highway. Bathtub had stains in it. Breakfast was a make your own waffle machine (wasn't good) cereal and coffee / tea, no juice or anything. There was a single loaf of bread to make toast with. Check out was contactless, just a basket to leave your room key in when you left."

"The place is falling apart and is terribly maintained. The room was dirty, the shower didn’t work, it smells, I would never recommend it to anybody. I put up with it because I had no other choice since I was traveling with my daughter and we arrived late at night. Left the next morning as fast as I could."

"The property was undergoing major renovations during my stay, so guests had to use a side door most of the time, and there was a lot of dust, dirt and debris on the main floor, especially around the entrances, and dumpsters and construction vehicles in the parking lot. There was also a food service delivery, via tractor trailer, at 5:30am, that unloaded, loudly, at the main entrance for about 30 minutes, just below my third floor room the first morning I was there. I finally got back to sleep,...
