"We did not have an amazing experience at Tamara Coorg. We initially felt that the front staff were extremely disengaging, slightly defensive on some of the feedback we were providing them. 1)food was deplorable. "It was a pleasant stay at Avadale. Avinash was there to assist with all the details even though his counterpart was on leave. He offered a bigger room on request that made our stay even better. Food rate is nominal, it was prepared fresh and the taste was good.(Gobi chilli alone was on the saltier side) Couple other noteworthy instances was of Avinash calling to state the room booked was non ac. "The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Their strong work ethic and adherence to cultural and traditional greetings were truly heartwarming. Shalini from the restaurant provided exceptional service, always taking great care of us whenever we dined there. Overall, it was a peaceful trip and a pleasant stay."

"Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was the best for us. "Unique experience like night walk with lanterns in plantation. Excellent hospitality by Vijay, Disha, Avinash, Puneeth and adventure guide Akshay. Natural ping kayaking and coracle was exciting experience. Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall, really enjoyed here. Would like to come back "
