"We had a wonderful stay at Chalet am Sonnehang. We stayed two nights, one in the second floor apartment which was lovely and then switched to the “tiny house” so we could have a fire in the wood stove. Nestled in the cozy cabin at night with the warming fire was a perfect alpine experience in sleepy Obertraun away from the busyness and crowds in Hallstatt! We would highly recommend staying here. The hosts were exceptional and very helpful. 😊"

"If you are a golfer it is worth knowing that you can play free of charge on a nice course as much as you want and as long as you have a stay for minimum 3 days on the hotel. In our case we allmost had the discount of 30% per night, when you take the free golf into considuration. In general you can say that the food was excelent, you get a very good sevice, the rooms are large and the surrounding are beautiful. Finally you have a nice golf course, and what more do you wish. We will be back"

"So lala - Personal in der Gastronomie war sehr nett, aber das Niveau des Essens war mittelmäßig. Das ganze Hotel ist ungarisch, inkl Personal und Zustand. Wellness Bereich ist sehr angenehm gut, Sauna (Infrarot, Bio und Finnisch) sehr schön mit wunderbaren Bergblick."
