Loved the clean and expansive space. Location is perfect too! Multiple coffee shops, the best vintage store, walkable to downtown and the U, and above the best restaurant in the city, you can't lose staying here! I wish you could park in the garage below but it's great that you even get garage parking so you're not paying fees or dealing with the weather. I needed extra help with parking location and walkable entrances, but the host was immediately responsive and patient with me.

Iowa Friendsgiving Meal

We had a wonderful early Friendsgiving at this VRBO. Communication with the owner was flawless and there was plenty of space to feel comfortable while we were inside. Proximity to campus is amazing. Very quiet unit that is nicely maintained.

Awesome Condo

Host was very kind and responsive, condo was beautiful and very clean, and the location is wonderful! Very walkable and in the heart of campus life. It would be nice if parking was in the same building, but it was close enough (although beware… parking in the garage is very tight). We would definitely come back to stay again!

Peaceful oasis

I needed a quiet location to work and be near my son transitioning to college. This was perfect. Coffee across the street, small grocery on the corner and live music right below on Thursday night.
