    A luxurious Victorian villa apartment in one of the city's best central locations. Private off street parking in a quiet area close to the centre.
    It’s the 2nd of our "twin sister" apartments and is identical to our other carefully designed space next door, featuring a blend of modern design & traditional Highland charm. Just a short stroll from the beautiful River Ness & all the wining, dining & city centre shopping means you can explore the capital without the hassle of finding a parking space.


    Our Clan Grant themed interior features a designer kitchen with marble worktops, 4 seat dining area, 4k tv with Netflix, window seat & persian rugs. Underfloor heating throughout overlaid by hardwood floors.

    A very spacious family bathroom offers a powerful double width rainfall head shower along with a hand held spray. Shaver sockets & anti mist mirrors are included as well as a heated towel rail.


    Our apartment within an apartment is our grand master suite with its own little corridor leading to a deep sprung double bed pocket mattress dressed with 800 thread count Egyptian cotton. We also have a bedside bluetooth speaker & USB charging in both our Grand Master Suite and the twin bedroom.


    Our trademark solid copper double tub is complemented by a spacious en suite shower room with a shower space offering the choice of a rainfall head or hand held spray.


    Full length mirrors, heated towel rails, luxury linen, bathrobes, slippers & white fluffy towels are all part of what we offer.


    With a compact desk in each bedroom we offer plug in ethernet connections for a faster and more reliable laptop connection.


    From each bedroom you can open onto the private patio with high level privacy fencing and your very own entrance to our private car park.


    You have a dedicated car parking space out back for parking one vehicle plus a visitors space when available or even on street parking nearby.

Super nice, super clean

This was one of the nicest places at which we’ve ever stayed. It was super clean and very fancy. It is in a great location for walking to restaurants and shops. I hope we can stay there the next time we visit.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood but close to dining and shops. Gary responded quickly with answers to all of our questions before we arrived and the off street parking is a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful stay in Inverness

This was a wonderful stay in Inverness. The modern and clean property was a nice stay. It is always nice to have two bathrooms for 4 people. The parking spot in the back was much appreciated. It was very easy to walk into town for dinner.

Lovely stay

Lovely ground floor flat with wonderful design features. Convenient parking, outdoor area, very quiet und close to center, supermarkets etc. All very modern with nice touches. A great place to stay and feel at home. Would book again.

Excellent stay

The rental was perfect, excellent location, walk to the pedestrian bridge for shopping and dining. Park your car at the rental. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped, beds were very comfortable. Grocery store within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous place to stay while visiting Inverness!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay here while visiting Inverness for four days. The location is within walking distance of so many restaurants, shopping, grocery store, and coffee shops. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and clean. I'm always picky about pillows and beds, and these were wonderful. The decor was tasteful and appealing. The kitchen was well-appointed and everything was of a very nice quality. The parking was great and the neighborhood felt very safe. I would absolutely stay at this property again!

Perfect in every way.

Beautiful devor, thought and attention yo detail was excellent. Warm, relaxing, comfortable and so close to town yet blissfully quiet. Clean, fresh and the Copper bath was such a luxurious treat. 25 out of 10 and more. Thank you so much, it was a lovely little break, very much needed. Xant wait to come back.

Great property for the Inverness area

My wife and I stayed 2 nights recently at Garry's villa and it was a great place to relax at the end of each day. The villa is located just on the outskirts of the main city center and therefore was very quiet at night. We were able to walk to a Tesco grocery nearby to get some food for one dinner and both breakfasts. We were also close to a great restaurant, Rocpool, and ate there one night. The villa was clean, had nice amenities, especially the copper tub, and had parking right in the back of the property. Great stay for the Inverness area and Garry was very helpful when needed.

Immaculate in Inverness

This cozy home was a treat for the eyes as well as providing a convenient and quiet location to stay. The decor is outstanding, and the bathrooms and showers were excellent. We enjoyed the common area, which provided plenty of space to dine as well as to cook, watch TV, or play board games. The kitchen was fully equipped with nice appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils. It’s a perfect fit for a couple with one or two kids. For couples traveling together, one couple will have to sleep in twin beds. The only downside is the lack of storage. You will not be able to unpack, as there are no dressers or closets. But these were small inconveniences that were greatly outweighed by the overall high quality of the accommodations.

Beautiful design, not entirely practical

This property was fashionable and beautiful, conveniently located and close to much of Inverness’ nightlife and many restaurants, a short walk to the river. Those are important positives.Unfortunately, for travelers, it does not have good storage and some of the features are difficult to figure out, including the washer/dryer, which both my spouse and friend used after reading almost the entire operating manual. It was also hard to find things in the kitchen. The lack of storage was the primary issue. There is a very small feature in each bedroom that had a few hangers. It would not be big enough to hang a pair of pants or dress. It is over a very small desk with very small drawers that couldn’t really even be used for underwear drawer. In such a tourist location, it seems hard to understand why there isn’t more awareness of the need for space to store things. There was one luggage rack for an accommodation that sleeps four and no shelves or drawers to speak of. Essentially, you’re required to live out of your suitcase. Overall, this is still a worthwhile and workable place to stay, but could be much improved with some thought given to storage.

Best VRBO

The property is so impressive. It is totally updated with two designer perfect bathrooms, a new gorgeous kitchen with all the amenities you could ever want. There are Bluetooth speakers in each room and Alexa will play anything you want. The beds are super comfy. Besides a beautiful home, the location is perfect. Park your car, walk 2 blocks to town and all the restaurants you will need. If you like fine dining, make reservations a few days in advance. The manager and his team are super responsive, answering any text within minutes. And a shoutout to Simona, our housekeeper, who had our flat immaculate on arrival. I would stay here again anytime.
