Location was very quiet and close to Nairn - but VERY difficult to find. Directions were poor for an out-of-towner. Breakfast was okay but because it was a wknd was more limited, though that was not reflected in the price.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Ungewöhnliches Frühstück, alle Gäste saßen an einem Tisch. Das ergab aber nette Gespräche, war ok. Das Guesthaus ist weit ab vom Schuß. zum Nächsten Restaurant muss man mit dem Auto fahren.

We stayed at Broomlea for two nights after landing at INV from an eighteen-hour flight. It worked out wonderfully. Just 10-15 minute drive from the airport, but well out in the countryside. A clean, quiet, accommodating home to crash, recover from jet lag, and then take a full day to relax, explore some of the nearby beaches & small coastal towns, and enjoy a second sleepful night before embarking on an extended holiday around Scotland’s far north. The place itself is five-star clean, and they’ll make a great breakfast for you.

Teresa, our hostess, is absolutely fabulous! We couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome. The breakfast was great: fresh fruit, juices, coffee or tea, scrambled eggs, toast and cheese. Our room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We stayed for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed the fact that we were in the country but close to the city.

We had a wonderful and surprising stay and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Best sleep in a few days. We had the ensuite room which was very spacious and very comfortable. A kettle with a selection of tea and coffee was available in the room. The property was peaceful with a short drive to Nairn, a small seaside town, a peaceful setting to relax and explore. This is a simple, guest house with amenities, but it delivered exactly what we were expecting. The host and breakfast was a real highlight, offering a generous continental buffet along with freshly cooked hot breakfast options available to order (for a few). For international travellers, it's worth noting that air conditioning isn't a standard feature in many UK accommodation, so it's always worth checking before booking if this is important to you. Overall, we felt this stay offered excellent value for money and the opportunity to enjoy a unique property in beautiful surroundings.

It was truly a lovely stay for a night before or after a flight. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, and breakfast the next day was delicious! Teresa was so kind and walking down the lane next to the house was a great way to stretch our legs.

Beautiful scenery

Absolutely beautiful location. Bed extremely comfortable. Location is very good either for Inverness or Elgin etc. would certainly return. Views are beautiful and very peaceful. Hosts including Bebee the Boston were lovely.
