This custom Cape was built in 2002 and sleeps 12+ people. Perfectly located around some of New Hampshire's best family ski mountains and minutes from Downtown North Conway. North Conway New Hampshire and The Mt. Washington Valley area have recently been voted the #1 SKI town in the United Sates. This home is on a private street and has a small brook running down from Hurricane Mountain along and past the front yard . Totaling 3-bedrooms and 2.5-baths this home comes with an attached and heated two-car garage, 1st floor master suite with a king size bed, his and her sinks, a rain shower head, tile bathtub all w/ heated floors (including tub and shower). There is also a separate laundry room with a chute off of the master bathroom. The family room has a cobblestone, electric fireplace that turns on with the click of a switch, a convenient wet bar, and new love seats. The kitchen is a great spot to set-up family style dishes or pull up a chair and sit around the island to chat. The kitchen has all newer appliances and two separate stove stops. The dining room is situated off the back of the kitchen, with a dedicated half bath and glass slider out to the patio and backyard.

On the second floor, the stairs split two bedrooms, each with three beds - two twins and one queen - as well as big walk-in closets. One of the sets of twin beds also has trundle beds. The Game Room is also upstairs, where vaulted ceilings and wide open space make for an ideal hangout-play room. The house has plenty of board games , foosball, new pool table w/ bar chairs, knee hockey nets/sticks and a mounted TV.

The house is 5 minutes to Mount Cranmore and 15 minutes to Attitash. Our quaint town of Intervale (located within Bartlett) touches North Conway and offers a fabulous value next to this world renowned town.

8 minutes to Story Land, Mt. Cranmore, North Conway etc...
Less than 10 minutes to Echo Lake, Mt. Attitash, Jackson, Bartlett, Movie Theater, Hiking, Skiing, Golf, Miniature Golf, Fishing and Tennis.

Host communication: excellent. Check in: super easy. House: Immaculately clean. 10 Adults, 2 toddlers. Kitchen: plenty of dishes, pans, and griddle. Basic spices, basic utensils. 2 types of coffee makers was much appreciated! Dishwasher and stove worked great. Island with 3 chairs was great for littles, and setting up meals buffet style. Kitchen needs more dish cloths and dish towels. We had to use wash cloths and hand towels from the upstairs bathroom. Kitchen came with an extra roll of paper towels. We had to buy more and more toilet paper, but with 10 people, expected and no biggie. Upstairs, again immaculate. Game room a huge hit. Regulation size pool table and enough space for the toddlers to play while we enjoyed the pool table and Christmas movies on the TV. Seating in that room was great. The beds were clean, extra linens in the closet. The bigger beds very firm, the singles were reported to be comfortable. The house warmed up quickly when we needed more heat. Huge tub in the master bathroom that was enjoyed by a few in our party, and the two toddlers. Dining room table had 6 chairs, main living room furniture fit 6 adults and 2 toddlers comfortably. We brought chairs in from dining room for gathering. Check out super easy, no crazy rules regarding check out. All garbage goes into garage right off the kitchen in bins. Everyone very happy. Thank you Dave!

Large well designed home that was wonderful for my great grandchildren. 4 adults, 5 kids and a dog and everyone had a good time. Beds were good, kitchen well stock with utensils and cookwear. Large backyard with a table and chairs and firepit. Will definately stay if in the area again.

This property is excellent. We had two families with young kids and this was the right property for us. Plenty of room, lots of beds, a big area for the kids to run around and play. Extremely close to Storyland and N Conway while offering a quiet neighborhood. Dave was extremely responsive and very helpful. Would stay again!

Great place to stay!

The property is easy to get to and in a great location close to hiking, river swimming, storyland, and a very nice downtown area. The house had plenty of room, comfortable beds and nice size kitchen. The host was very responsive to questions (responded within minutes!)This is a great place to stay!

Wonderful vacation home

We booked this vacation home for our Christmas in the Mountains family vacation with our 2 grown children and spouses. It was perfection. Kitchen was very well equipped to cook our Christmas dinner and the game room provided lots of entertainment and competitive games of pool Beds were comfy with nice linens home was well appointed and very welcoming. We will definitely be returning.

Great stay with 3 families with young kids

We stayed here for a Storyland weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was clean, spacious, and stocked with necessities. The owner was communicative and the location was perfect! Only request would be camp chairs or a bench to sit on to enjoy and outdoor fire! Otherwise, 10/10

Storyland and Santa’s village family weekend

Thank you Dave and Martha for the use of your home . We had a Great time!!! We didn’t spend much time at the house being gone all day at the parks. But we did have plenty of space for the 7 adults and 4 kids after a long day . It was a very convenient location to everything.

Great few days over 4th of July!

This house was perfect for 3 families (with 2 kids each) to stay in the North Conway area. The property was super convenient to downtown, Storyland and Echo Lake, but also feeling like you are away in the mountains. Thanks for the great memories we made!

Relaxing

The house was very nice the rooms was nice and no bunk beds. The kitchen was set up good and the fridge was big enough to hold food for 7 men for a week. The garage was super we all were on motorcycles, and it rained everyday so it dried the bikes off along with our raingear. Our couple concerns was the cleaning wasn't the best as far as the cabinet drawers and some of the kitchen chairs and the table was a little loose, flimsy.

Large and comfortable. Great location.

The house has everything you could need. All the rooms are quite large. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. It’s a perfect house for a three generation family. The master is downstairs with a large bathroom and storage. The whole second floor is perfect for a family with children. There is a large game room shown in the VRBO picture. You can easily get to Conway and shopping or to the mountains for hiking and skiing.

Wonderful

This home is outstanding, we have been going to NH for multiple years and this has been the best home and owner is amazing. The home is at a wonderful location within short distance to many great attractions. Home is beautifully laid out with plenty of room, game room was great for our family night in with the pool table. We have enjoyed this home so much we plan on going back next year and we have never done that with any other home. Love this place so relaxing and enjoyable.

Annual Trip to StoryLand

This property checked off all the boxes for our family which consisted of our adult children and grandchildren... plenty of sleeping accomodations , especially for our family that had small children .. .rooms were large and spread out .The pool table room was nice to have .... Backyard was private and had a wonderful stream including frogs which our grandson enjoyed looking for ...The owner was very accomodating and kept us informed up through check in... Great spot . Recommend booking ..
