Please hire more people as DIANA ( later will understand why). I went through a night mare the first night I was put in a smoking room. The lady that checked me in never asked me at the desk. When I booked through expidia I put no smoking but I didn’t know that room to asign at arrival ment they would give me a smoking room. I went at the lobby they said nothing to do there is no rooms and I think they ever tried. One of them told me to reach expidia which I did and they couldn’t do anything either. Here it comes the lady that saved me and my trip. DIANA that’s the name of the lady in the front desk. As soon as I woke up the next day I went to the lobby, my clothes would smell cigarette from the room I couldn’t stand myself. I explained her my situation, she understood me right away. She never told me nothing to do as the first night but she said she would put me in waiting list and would call me when ready and that’s what she did. - Another episode, I didn’t know there was a curfew 11.30, I was with my son buying ice cream and the security asked the lady not to serve my soon, respect that( as I was one step away looming at the soups). I approached and I said I am there , but of course they wouldn’t if the security lady wouldn’t come. Very rude lady I tell her can she serve me she said no as my son has to go at the room. I told her that’s not safer as him to be with me she said you bring him up. I had to bring him up and come back. - it’s more but no more words.

It was a great experience going to Caesar’s in Atlantic City. It has a very good environment nice rooms and plenty of things to do. I would recommend you go!
