"The breakfast was awful. The rooms bed was uncomfortable . It was very noisy &we were woken up several times in the night very loud banging right above our room.."

"I booked the hotel for a large function because it said they have a restaurant. No restaurant. They have a restaurant but ONLY serve breakfast. The breakfast was both hot and cold. A lot of variety of breakfast food. All you can eat for $6.95. Not a good selection of Gluten Free items. Parking was self efficient and free. Room; The water in shower wasn’t hot .. barely warm. The bed was comfortable and room appeared nice. View of outside was beautiful of the pool. Not opened yet but a nice...

"Clean room but no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the pool area was a disaster from children being down there with no supervision. Water all over the floor my mother being disabled I was worried for her to slip and fall. Couples doing absurd things in hot tub was addressed and handled immediately. When I arrived the room was not ready or available so we left and went to dinner and came back and still waited just a few minutes due to the inconvenience we were comped breakfast paid $40 deposit have...

"The setting of the hotel was beautiful along the stream. It felt private and safe even though it was within walking distance of West Chester central with restaurants, shops and great coffee and easy driving distance of Longwood Gardens and Valley Forge. Appreciated all the books rather than nicknacks. If I hadn’t had so much planned and the weather was too nice to be inside, I would have read all day. "

"After driving 10ish hours from Lexington, Kentucky, we arrived at the property to be told that we didn’t have a room there. The guy at the counter was nice enough, but if you’ve oversold the property, the front desk should have that info to give to the guests who are getting screwed over. He didn’t seem to have any information at all on what was happening, so I drove another half hour to a different hotel who was able to accommodate me."
