"Carpet old and smells Vending machine empty Room was not cleaned one day Bathroom amenities minimal Sink does not plug properly and has rotten smell Cable box missing Towels threadbare and minimal Exterior rooms completely unacceptable and required a move to interior which was only marginally better Inadequate number of plugs - had to plug in coffee maker in the bathroom Sorry but I can’t say many good things and I think management simply needs to do better."

"The staff stood out to me; considering the many hats they wear and the hours worked; they were excellent! I would argue better than most of the major hotels i have stayed at over the years. The room was spacious and clean. The construction on the road in front of hotel is a bit of an eye sore but it certainly didn’t have any impact on the service. The breakfast was just fine. The parking was convenient at back of hotel."

"Used to be a great deal to stay at residences for ball tournaments very cheap, but knowing what you’re getting. Now they charge hotel prices without offering any hotel perks or conveniences. Single beds are garbage, paper thin walls and the tv picture and sound in every room for our team cut out and froze every 14 seconds. Really disappointed this time around. If we’re paying hotel prices, we will just stay at an actual hotel next time. Big positive was the lady at the front desk was fantastic...

"Cleaning isn’t hard, place is out dated but that would be fine, no continental breakfast and I feel that they are now appealing to long term tenants. No staff waiting to serve, yoh have to call them in their apartment, where the place smells like whatever they are cooking. Again elbow grease and cleaning are not hard to do. Didn’t expect much for the price just a clean place."

"Centrally located. Skimpy breakfast. Only choices for lunch were paninis and a hamburger. After first night, housekeeping did not make up the room. No fresh towels and dirty coffee cups and glasses left. After I complained, towels, cups etc., fixed, but the bedcover was only tidied The bed underneath wasn’t made. More complaining. The second night, everything done properly."

"what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either."
