"I chose this property for proximity and price. The door to the room didn't close well. The TV didn't work, (beware when you see two remotes for one TV). The room lighting were 5 or 6 very bright ceiling pot lights. There was a lamp, but it didn't work. So it was ALL or nothing when it came to room light. The train tracks are very close by. There was a stack of old and sad used mattresses at the back of the building. (No one needs to see that.)

When looking at the website for the hotel it shows images of a basic breakfast setup with a variety of choices available; including fruit, cereal, and what looked to be a waffle station, but upon arrival we found that we could only get tea or coffee when we liked, and the provided 'breakfast' was a package of two Dad's oatmeal...

We arrived and our room wasn’t ready, so we had to be moved to a different room. Not a great start.
The room smelled bad and looked very outdated. Outside the rooms there was a can full of cigarette butts, which made the property look dirty and not well-kept. Only 2 pillows were provided.
The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable.
Wi-Fi wasn’t provided at check-in — we had to ask for it. And even then it was terrible, it kept freezing every...
