"You’re able to tell that the hotel is pet friendly, because the hallway to my room smelled of pet odor. I had my disabled mom with me and the door to our room was difficult to hold open — it was heavy and I had to prompt a magazine under the door in order to push her into the room. There is no button to press on the parking level to open the doors for wheelchair enable access. Staff took too long to deliver blankets, I had to call twice."

"Overall trip was good..but hold my credit card for security was told a security deposit will be held on my credit card and my funds would return to my card after stay, but was charge a room boarding fee for each night and after calling to dispute was told expedia should have told me. Expedia didnt take my credit card and told me one thing then did another thing. Deceitful."

This the first time I am experiencing this.When we check in they don’t usually ask for my phone number numbers and the email.it already in u r record when we book the hotel. And the room - bath room was terrible. Very small shower with no bar between the shower and the toilet.when we shower water splash to the toilet area and patch work bathroom walls under the sink all rusty steel bars also bath towels outside the bathroom. Not happy at this time🙈"

"Air conditioning and heat one unit in wall. Small tv. I reserved a King smoking room and I got 2 queen non smoking, but the owner said we could smoke and gave us an ashtray. Pool wasnt open too cold. No coffee machine in room. Continent Breakfast was coffee and bread and a toaster. Price was good."
