This cozy home features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, Great-room with a wood-burning fireplace and 2 decks; one off the great room and another off the master suite. This home is secluded and nestled up on the hill offering beautiful views of 4th Lake in the Fall. Escape and relax in this tranquil environment - The property hosts an indoor heated pool & spa, 3 tennis courts and a lakefront, an island gazebo, a 1300ft sand beach, boat docking and an atmosphere that is so inviting. Just a short 5-minute walk to the town of Inlet, you will find shops, restaurants, a bakery, a coffee house, a library, a grocery store and general store, a public beach, a playground and a boardwalk. There is so much to do in our little community! Bringing your boat is very easy when staying at Rocky Point. The public boat launch is 2/10ths of a mile from our property and there is ample trailer parking. Make sure to reserve your boat slip for your stay.
