30 Days at Indian Palms

The owner, Paulette , was very accommodating and responsive. Home is located in nice area but the very small patio backs up against a noisy street. In the second bedroom there are 2 double beds which makes it very crowded. Primary bedroom and bath are very spacious. Mirrors in bedrooms 2 and 3 would be great. Hall tree in 3rd bedroom would be helpful as there is no closet.

Property is in great condition. One room is bunk beds instead of a queen as we were expecting but we made it work. It is definitely an older quiet community - lots of rules up at the clubhouse. We enjoyed our stay

Nice neighborhood

The house was amazing everything and more. Unfortunately we didn’t realize there would be so much (miles) of walking to and from the Powertrip event. Difficult gaining entry to property once event gates opened (due to traffic). Overall House is amazing.

Beautiful house!

The house is much bigger than you would think from the outside. Well stocked hose in a beautiful gated community. Internet, TVs, access to multiple pools… all good! We used Thai house as a gateway to hike in Joshua Tree.

Clean and fresh

Stayed several places around the complex and this is the cleanest and best place. Various sauces and condiments are there to be used. Thank you for the drinking waters inside the fridge. Soaps, body washes, shampoos, conditioners, and more than enough towels are there too. We all enjoyed it and thank you very much for everything.

Nice getaway

We came out for a weekend of softball, and stayed at this beautiful property!! The property owner was very helpful and communicated very well! Would definitely recommend this place and even stay again myself.

Fabulous Stay

We wanted to do a family/friends trip to Joshua Tree and this rental was great for our families. It exceeded our expectations. The rental is much nicer than its pictures and it was very clean. The best part was that it really does have everything thing you need. We brought a lot of supplies because you never know, but it had it all. We cooked a lot and were even able to bake cookies. The grill, the washer and dryer and the pool made the stay so easy, especially with kids. Paulette was great! She texted me early and even turned on the air conditioning so we would be comfortable right away. A couple of things to note, there are no locks on the bathrooms and a lock for the master bedroom closet. My son locked the closet where we kept a lot of things, but we ended up getting it open eventually. Overall, great stay!!

Stunning, the photos can't compare to the size of the place, feels like you're in a skyscraper apartment/condo... clean, spacious, everything you need is available. 100% Home-y vibe. Forget that the bathroom handles don't lock or maybe we didn't know how to use them. You'll go home sad, thinking this place isn't yours. Thanks Paulette :D

Wow! Peaceful relaxation in the gorgeous desert!!!

Paulette is the perfect host and the property is wonderful. The gated one story home with 3 bedrooms is easy access for guests! Enjoyed the well organized kitten with all the amenities! Both bathrooms have excellent & relaxing showers! We appreciated the stocked coffee, washer & dryer and the huge refrigerator! The king bed in the master is very comfortable sleeping as well as the two queen beds in the guest room! Thank you for an amazing stay! We will be back!!!

Very spacious

We stayed 10 days here and would love to return. The house had lots of space for our family to enjoy. The master bed, which is kingsize, and masterbath is wonderful! The other two bedrooms have full size beds but are comfortable. With two large sectional type couches there is plenty of room to lounge as well. All in all a beautiful home. Only problem we had was our 2 year old grandson locked the master closet door . This closet held ALL of our wedding attire for the family for my sons wedding. There is no key, so a locksmith had to be called. $90 for the service, but at least the grandson wasn't locked in it as well as the clothes. Lol
