GOOD VIBES ONLY! If you want to relax in a home inspired by Chip and Joanna from Fixer Upper, come stay! This 2050 sq ft home is ready to handle a vacation filled with memories and convenience. Located next to the Empire polo fields in the gated Indian Palms Country Club, Casa Lozano is perfect if you are enjoying any of the festivals. The heated pool and spa is less than 100 yards away and the clubhouse bar/restaurant is an area favorite. Internet is available and calibrated to connect to many devices. There is also an abundance of USB plugs throughout the home for you and your party to use.

So lets begin with a tour. First, you'll enjoy the bar island seating around the huge granite counter top centered in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen... The breakfast area table and chairs are by french windows that lead out to the lanai covered patio and large BBQ grill. The back patio is spacious and has a gate leading to the 4th green of the Mountain course. Relax around the patio table or on the outdoor sofa seating while enjoying a cocktail, watching the desert stars, or just enjoying the sounds of the concerts playing just a block away.

The luxurious master suite has a large flat screen TV equipped with free Netflix. French windows doors look out to the Chocolate Mountains and golf course. You have your own large walk-in closet with private adjoining bathroom with separate shower and jacuzzi tub.

Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed on a beautiful rustic wood frame. A mounted flat screen Roku TV equipped with free Netflix and all other streaming services is available in this room. The room has a door leading to the jack n jill bathroom that is connected to bedroom 3...

Bedroom 3 has a king size mattress with an amazing white distressed wood headboard. This room also features a 50inch flat screen TV with XBOX 360 and free Netflix.

The den is being offered as a fourth bedroom. It has french doors for your privacy... It has a brand new armoire with plenty of room for your belongings and a large queen size sofa sleeper. This room is also well prepared for a slumber party with a 48 inch flat screen with free Netflix. The cow skin rug is a perfect photo shoot opportunity, YEE HAW.

The washer and dryer in the home are available for your use. ... SORRY, NO DOGS.


Indian Palms CC features a 27-hole championship golf course consisting of three 9-hole courses. There is also a world class practice facility featuring a double-ended driving range, 2 putting greens and a complete short game area. There is a complete pro shop for your golfing needs. Also on site is a full-service restaurant and bar at La Palma which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will have access to a community pool walking distance from the property. Pool floats and beach towels are provided. The Lifestyle center is equipped with state-of-the-art workout equipment, and daily classes. There are also 6 tennis courts for your use.

The place is lovely and suited our needs well. Host was welcoming and entry was easy. A couple of comments to consider. The guest room closest to the kitchen needs a lamp. We loaned one of ours from the master. We r all restaurant/hospitality folks and 2 things for the kitchen. Decent pans and a set of decent wine glasses. Not expensive but matching and not plastic. For a small investment we would have been delighted. We will come again. It’s a nice place with good vibes. Thx!

Spacious and relaxing

The home was great and just what was needed to accommodate our family of 7 adults. There was plenty of space for seating and eating together (which is very important), and enough beds for everyone. Once inside of the campus, and looking out at the golf course, I noticed the course was very dry and in need of water, it lacked curb appeal. In spite of the view being unappealing, the house and it's yard was well maintained, I would stay there again.

Soccer Tournament Success!

We stayed at this beautiful property for a soccer tournament at the Empire Polo Grounds. The location was perfect and the home had excellent accommodations. We were very please with the stay and made many wonderful memories!

Met Our Needs

We were looking for someplace to sleep over for a few nights while we visit relatives. This place had perfect accommodations for our group of 6. The place was neat and clean. The only thing I would improve is the iron and ironing board. The iron had stains on it…I could not iron my blouse/white pants…the ironing board needs a new cover.

Nice clean house. Host is responsive. I took away one star because this property is in a gated community and access to the house is delayed. There is only one gate and there is always a line there. The owner could provide a better access with a remote or similar.
