Set apart from neighboring homes, Solmar offers added privacy and space to unwind, with wide-open views and unlike most homes on the lake, Solmar offers added privacy with no direct wall-to-wall neighbors. Whether you`re sipping coffee lakeside or exploring the desert, this peaceful escape is your perfect base.



Solmar at Terra Lago is the ultimate lakefront getaway for families and friends looking to unwind, relax, and make lasting memories. This spacious home offers 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. With a queen sofa bed for extra flexibility, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The open-concept kitchen is a cook’s dream, fully stocked and perfect for preparing meals together. The dining table seats 8, and the kitchen island with bar stools invites casual conversation while you cook or grab a snack. The primary bedroom boasts a private balcony overlooking the lake—ideal for peaceful moments and stunning views. Bedroom #4, previously a loft, has been transformed into a cozy bedroom with a fun bunk bed setup for the kids (or the young at heart!).



Step outside, and you’ll see what sets Solmar at Terra Lago apart: privacy and space. Unlike other lakefront homes that share walls with neighbors, this home sits in a secluded spot, giving you room to breathe and enjoy the surroundings. Fire up the stainless steel BBQ, relax in the lounge chairs, or gather around the fire pit as the sun sets over the lake. And because vacation should be fun, we’re revamping the backyard with exciting new additions—including a mounted TV, bar seating, and extra lounge chairs around the pool for even more enjoyment. Whether you’re here for a family retreat or a getaway with friends, Solmar is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy life by the water.







--- INTERIOR DETAILS ---

This home accommodates up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining space, laundry room, and 2-car garage parking. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.

We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.

Safely Damage Waiver: As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with $1500 worth of coverage for accidental contents damage or property damage. This means you can vacation with the peace of mind that you wont be unknowingly charged after your check out for minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay. All we ask is that you inform us of any damage so that we can file the claim with Safely.



Payment Terms: A valid credit card is required to be kept on file upon reservation. A member of our team will reach out to you upon booking to update your reservation guest portal with a valid credit card. The actual reservation payment is processed by VRBO. For most bookings 50% is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before check in. If your check in is less than 60 days away, VRBO may ask for the entire reservation amount upfront. We have no control over VRBO payment terms; please reach out to VRBO for any questions regarding the payment schedule.



Security Deposit: There is a $750 security deposit placed on the credit card on file as a pre-authorized hold. This is not a charge, but only a hold on the credit card. Pre-authorized hold is released 3 days after checkout provided there are no costs for which renter is responsible for such as: code compliances fines; missing or damaged linens, towels and small appliances; and costs not covered by our Safely insurance waiver. Renter hereby grants consent for Manager to charge Renter’s Card for any of the above damages or costs.



Outdoor Noise Limits: All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices. These devices track decibel levels, but do not record sounds. Amplified noise or music is not allowed outside at anytime of day. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday-Saturday, during which all noise is prohibited even if it is coming from inside the home. Any other outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable level during Quiet Hours. These are city regulations and we must abide by them to keep our short term rental license. Upon the first notification from the Helios team of a noise violation, we will reach out to the Guest to take corrective action. If the Guest is unresponsive or if no corrective action is taken, Guest may be liable to a $1000 charge. Furthermore, if code enforcement goes to the property and issues a citation, Guest will be responsible for paying the entire citation amount. Guest authorizes manager to charge credit card on file for any fines issued by code enforcement or any charges for breaking noise policy.



Cancellations: On VRBO, for any cancellations made 60 days or more from check in, you will receive a 50% refund minus the payment processing fees charged by Stripe. For any cancellations made within 60 days from check in, you will receive no refund. If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours from booking and check-in date is 72 hours or more, you will receive a 100% refund minus the payment processing fees charged by Stripe. There is a strict no cancellation policy for all major holidays, major tennis or golf tournaments, and music festivals. Festivals include but are not limited to Power Trip, Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. Special events and music festivals that are cancelled, postposed, or altered in any way, for any reason, do not qualify for any refund, alteration of the reservation or cancellation, including Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics or health outbreaks such as COVID-19. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION FOR ANY FESTIVAL BOOKING.

Through this check in link you will have to enter some basic information regarding your reservation, will have to sign our Terms and Conditions, and will be able to purchase any additional services as part of your booking. You will not have access to the House Manual until the pre-check in link is completed.
