Desert mornings in Indio have a way of shifting the pace - golden light spills across the mountains, the backyard stirs to life, and suddenly a day full of possibility opens up around you. Whether you`re diving into the pool, rallying on the pickleball court, or settling in around the fire pit as the stars emerge, this home is built for groups who want to do it all together.

Sleeping arrangements

This entire home sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary suite features a King bed, a 65` TV, and an en-suite full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and a 55` TV, and Bedroom 3 offers two Double beds with a 55` TV - ideal for families or friend groups. A Queen air mattress and Pack `n play/Travel crib are available upon request. Bed linens, room-darkening shades, clothing storage, and essentials are included throughout.

Living & entertainment

Hollywood-themed art and decor give the living area a distinctive personality. Gather around the comfortable sofa and reclining chairs with the 65` SMART TV as your backdrop, or warm up by the indoor fireplace - gas on cooler desert evenings. The air-conditioned garage has been converted into a game room loaded with a convertible pool table/ping pong/air hockey setup, arcade games, and a TV. Ethernet connection, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace in a common space keep you connected when needed.

Kitchen & dining

The custom designed gourmet kitchen is built around stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a 6-burner gas range, and double ovens - everything a group needs to cook and eat well together. A dining table provides a natural gathering point for meals. A spice rack, salt and pepper are provided. Please note: no other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

Outdoor living

Step outside and the fully fenced backyard delivers a private retreat on every front. A private outdoor pool - available all year, open 24 hours, heated - sits alongside a private hot tub - available all year, open 24 hours. Hot tub heat is complimentary; pool heating is $50 per day to reach 88 degrees (only needed October-May - during summer months the pool naturally sits between 85-95 degrees). An outdoor dining area, outdoor furniture, a fire pit with seating, and a BBQ grill - gas round out the space, all framed by desert view and mountain view surroundings. The private pickleball court adds a rare finishing touch that sets this backyard apart.

Amenities & essentials

Central air conditioning, central heating, a free washer - in unit, and dryer keep everyday stays comfortable. Self check-in is via keypad, with free driveway parking on premises - 2 spaces plus free street parking available. Pets are allowed - no cats; certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. Assistance animals are always allowed. Long term stays allowed.

Location

Sitting less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Fields and minutes from Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and Highway 111 shopping and dining, this Indio home keeps you close to the heart of the Coachella Valley without sacrificing the space and privacy to unwind fully.

Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is 11AM. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!). Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. Pet-friendly - no cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.

Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a `code` rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
