  • Walking distance to stage coach. Beautiful newer home located in gated Indian Palms Country Club. 27 hole golf course, tennis courts, the tennis courts will not be available during the month of March. State of the art fitness center, restaurant and so much more. Home comes with all the amenities and meticulously maintained .Two bedroom, one king and one queen, and a sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have a cable tv. Kitchen has walk in pantry, granite counters and gas fireplace. House is equipped with Wi-Fi and cable. Beautiful backyard with salt water pool. Three fire pits and many outdoor seating areas. The garage and master closet are not available. There is an armoire closet for your clothes with plenty of hangers in the master bedroom. Please park in driveway. no over night parking on the street. This home has everything you need. Just bring your suitcase. No smoking in home. No raging parties. There’s a gentleman that lives in the guest house. He’s the caretaker and handles everything . If there are any problems he’s there to help! ***POOL HEATING*** available October through May. We now need to charge $50 to heat the pool per day up to eight hours. Waiver of liability for Pool. You are responsible for your safety of you, your children and your guest. Use of pool is completely at your own risk! You agree to hold owners harmless and waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents of claims arising from the use of our pool violation of any rules may result in charges to the security deposit.

This was the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. Very well appointed decor and kitchen stocked with spices and plenty of pots and pans. Caretaker on premises incredibly helpful and friendly. Top notch stay!

So many great things about this house.First of all, the location is perfect… and very quiet… House was very user-friendly and decorated beautifully… I really felt at home as soon as I walked in… Host was very attentive and I felt well taken care of.Everything you could think of was there from the Keurig coffee machine to the wonderful Roku TVs… Beautiful fire pits… I will be back

We could not have asked for a lovelier or more comfortable place to stay. It was perfect. Everything you could possibly need was available--both indoors & out. Outdoor seating was plentiful & cozy & spotless. The only thing that could make it better would be a longer stay.

Another great stay

We love staying here since it is close to the polo fields and the place is super clean. This is our second time we have stayed and we wished we could come back next year! Thanks again for everything.

Great place to stay

House was clean and very comfortable. Property manager and caretaker were very communicative and welcoming via the app and texts if needed. House had all amenities that you would need and everything was very clean and immaculate. Very nice place to stay. We would stay there again.

Trip to Indian Wells

The house was very clean and comfortable. The house was stocked with all the necessary items in the kitchen. The location was also great for us. We enjoyed interacting with the caretaker Bob,He was very available to answer all the questions we had.

Great stay!

We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and it was super easy to get to. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed including spices, good knives and baggies for sandwiches. Bob and Kelly were both great and we would definitely stay here again.

Backyard Oasis for sure!

Wonderful stay at this home. The backyard oasis is a perfect description. Great space to relax and enjoy the pool. The property is exactly as described. Very clean and all the amenities. Neighborhood is quiet and nice for walking.

Great Place As Advertised!

The house is as advertised - very clean, all the amenities and close to the Empire-Polo Club (long walk, but doable). Owner communication was great and Bob is fantastic! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent property

Kelly was a pleasure to deal with. Her house and yard were exceptional. Beautifully decorated and the yard was such a joy to be in and entertain in. Anyone wanting to rent this property will have a wonderful time.

Close to Stagecoach!!

We had a great experience at this house. It was very close to stagecoach! We would definitely stay here again! It had every thing you needed and was fully stocked. The house manager was on property and was extremely helpful with everything we needed!

Fabulous!!

We have stayed here multiple times. Such a lovely and welcoming home. And Bob, the caretaker, is a treasure. Very well stocked kitchen and pantry. Convenient to Indian Wells Tennis Garden and BNP Paribas tennis tournament which we attend. Not our first stay here and we plan on returning again next year.

Wonderful stay

This property is beautiful. The home is well equipped and comfortable. The back yard with pool and lounging areas was a particular favourite with our family. Dealing with the owner and property manager couldn’t have been easier. 5 star stay.

Beyond amazing

This place is amazing. Fully stocked, better than my own home. The caretaker Bob is the kindest man. The beds are so comfortable and the backyard is an amazing oasis. Hit the jackpot finding this place. Enjoy!!

Beautiful backyard, nicely decorated house and fully stocked kitchen. The bed was super comfy. The house was very clean. Excellent communication from the property manager and owner.. Thank you!

The house is very clean and nice. We had a great time in the pool as well.

We had a great time at the house and it was very comfortable. We only had a small hiccup getting out of the gated community since we could only go through 1 entrance and exit.

Beautiful Rental

Perfect set-up for a vacation! Decorated so nicely and stocked with the little things that make staying away from home much easier. The pool and outside area are simply beautiful! Host Kelly and caretaker Bob are super accommodating and we can’t wait to come back again! 10 out of 10!!!
