This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is the perfect getaway for families, groups, or couples seeking space, amenities, and a serene escape just minutes from Palm Desert, Indian Wells, and La Quinta.

Each of the four bedrooms is designed for ultimate comfort and privacy, featuring high-quality bedding and flat-screen TVs in every room, so everyone can unwind with their favorite shows at the end of the day. The primary suite includes a king bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower.
But the real magic happens outside.
The resort-style backyard is where you'll want to spend most of your time—whether you’re taking a dip in the large, pool, soaking in the private hot tub under the stars, or lounging poolside with a drink in hand. Located just 10 minutes from El Paseo and under 30 minutes from the Empire Polo Grounds (home of Coachella and Stagecoach), this home is perfectly situated for both relaxation and adventure.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms in the main house. In the attached ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit), there is 1 additional bedroom with a king bed, plus a combined dining, kitchen, and living area. In that common area, there are also bunk beds available.

We do not offer pool heating. However, we do offer access/heating to the hot tub at a rate of $60 per day. Please note that the heater must be turned off once the hot tub reaches the desired temperature—it cannot be left running continuously.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including a private pool, an engaging game room, and a bocce court. Ample on-site parking is available, and all household amenities are at your disposal, such as a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and various entertainment options. This spacious home is perfect for gatherings of family and friends, providing everything you need—just bring your luggage.

A car is recommended for getting around, as local attractions and amenities are best accessed by vehicle. There is ample parking available on the property. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also available if needed. Major highways are easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the broader Coachella Valley area.

- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM will be strictly enforced.
- The number of guests must not exceed what is stated on the reservation and will be monitored via security cameras on the property.
- Violating any of these rules will result in an immediate $1,000 fine and the cancellation of your reservation.

- AC is set at 70 and cannot be lowered than that because the AC will freeze
