Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors present.
MISSING PROPERTY ITEMS: Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items. There are no exceptions to this rule; you are responsible for any lost or damaged property during your reservation.

Building Security & Access Policy

Earthy Elegance was the perfect place for my family’s weekend trip. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The unit was clean and spacious for two adults and three kids (aged 10-16) and having two bathrooms was great. The only issue was the kids arguing over who got to sleep on the top bunk! Excellent communication. We will definitely stay here again!

The accommodations were very nice and it was exactly what was advertised. The owner was really good and was prompt at responding to my questions and explained everything really well. I would recommend this place to anyone.The only minor thing was that there was limited parking in the evening and sometimes it wasn't right in front of our building, but it was not too far away to walk.
