Located two blocks from the heart of Broad Ripple, this newly renovated home provides the uniqueness of comfort and adventure! Stay at the property and enjoy all of the exciting features that it offers, or head down to Broad Ripple and explore the amazing shops, bars and restaurants that make it the incredible place that it is!

Guests have access to the entire house! It is a duplex, so obviously you only have access to your side of the house, But you will have access to every room in there!

The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants a block away! Amazing atmosphere right down the street! There's a local park just north of the house as well with plenty of hiking trails!

There is a bus stop that picks you up directly across the street from the house. You can take it north or south for only $2 to go visit different parts of the city. Can take you all the way downtown in about 25 minutes (with stops).

- The pet fee shown ($70) is for up to two nights with one pet. It goes up $10/night for every day added, per pet.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was lots of fun to have movie nights in the living room every night. We did not use the games downstairs but there was lots to do at the house. The location was perfect with lots of great restaurants very close. We also were close to the Indianapolis Zoo which was amazing. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Best getaway

This was our first family vacation.my husband, my toddlers and our dog had a very relaxing time sith the best amenities. The table tennis, darts and Foosball table kept my son busy when we got back from the childrens museum. There are trails nearby which was perfect for our dog. Will definitely be back.Thanks

Fun Weekend Getaway

This house was a great base for our long weekend in Indy (volleyball tournament, children's museum, Butler visit). The common areas were quite comfortable and the king bed was fabulous! Wish we'd had more down time to enjoy the basement rec room more!

Excellent host

Overall happy with the stay. I accidentally booked one night instead of two and Lucas was understanding of the situation. Communicating very well and worked with us to check out. He looked at accommodating us with another place but just didn’t have one currently available. Very clean and bed was comfortable.

Great place in Broad Ripple

It was a nice place. Clean and in a good location in Broad Ripple. We enjoyed the space and all that was available. It was a little surprising to see the back two bedrooms behind the third one so that you had to go through one to get to the other two. A little lack of privacy there if you’re not all related. It was a bad snow and we got stuck in the driveway and they weren’t able to come out and plow until the next day. Overall it was a good trip. The beds were really comfortable and the water hot. We would definitely recommend this place

Great spot to stay!

Easy communication, easy accessibility, house was as described. Stayed with my husband and son, would have easily slept another person or two, only one bathroom so maybe not my daughter lol. House was stocked with comfortable furniture (and an actual king bed that I never wanted to get out of) and cozy blankets and pillows. Broad Ripple was .4 miles about a 5-10 min walk. Will definitely stay again.

Weekend in Indy

Luke was great with communication and the property is exactly as advertised. Very short walk to Broad Ripple Village. Enjoyed a nice fall night with family around the fire pit and nfl ticket on YouTubetv was a pleasant surprise.

We had an excellent stay at this location. We were going to a concert at Holliday Park and found this location to stay overnight. It was in a great location, very clean upon arrival and the host was very responsive.

Nice place.

My daughter and I came for the week so she could play in a softball tournament. These accommodations were much more enjoyable than being stuck with four walls and a TV in a hotel room. The beds were so comfortable. We got great sleep. Instead of expensive dinner out every night we were able to make our own meals in the kitchen. It was also great to be able to use the washer/dryer to get those softball uniforms clean for the next game. We were very busy the whole week so we didn't have a chance to enjoy the game room in the basement, although I did notice that the Foosball table was not level. If we ever get back to this area I would definitely look to stay here again. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. Thanks for your hospitality!

Decent place, a safety concerns; but otherwise nice place and great location

House was overall pretty nice. They were still cleaning when we arrived (at 3 - check in time), so we needed to wait. Otherwise check-in was fine. Though there was a strong scent to the house. However, several windows were broken - including in the master bedroom with the broken edges on the inside. Very serious safety concern (good thing my children are old enough to stay away from the windows). Otherwise good place to stay. Bedroom tv didn't work; but rest of the house was great. They were responsive, mostly. The house is cute and well laid out. Great neighborhood. The gentlemen caring for the house we helpful, kind, and willing to get us what we needed.
