The Property is not Best Western. It is quality inn. My stay could not be more terrible than this. I booked it because Expedia was showing it as Best Western, but it was a complete surprise. I am attaching a few pictures to show you the condition. Horrible experience You will have to go out to have a decent breakfast also Hotel Staff was definitely good.

This is NOT a Best Western. It is a Comfort Inn. We arrived and could not find the Best Western because there is none. The desk clerk said the name was changed like six years ago. And the pool area was closed.

Not well maintained grounds. Goose droppings left on sidewalks and tracked into foyer and hallways for days. Extremely watery coffee. Generally acceptable rooms, a little time worn but not bad. Limited daily housekeeping services.

Staff was busy but he still smiled and was personable. Room was cheap and in good condition. Weve all stayed in second tier hotels. It was ok, close to gas stations and highway. Food placed and breafast close. Its a deal for 99 bucks

Well…. The first room they had for us had obvious mold growing in it even on the curtains. It smelt like mold and instantly made my allergies start. The next room was didn’t have the mold but wasn’t very clean. The room was cheap, the bed was okay and, the hotel was quiet so I did sleep decent. Definitely will spend more money next time for a better motel.

Well first off the hotel is no longer a best western. The hotel is a Quality Inn. This should be corrected immediately as it was confusing to me. Second off the breakfast was not hot maybe lukewarm. Lukewarm eggs and c9ld sausage is not appetizing. Other than that the room was clean and staff was very friendly

Couldn’t stay due to the fact the hotel is closed. How could you allow me to book this hotel and charge my credit card when you knew the hotel is closed. I am pissed. I expect you to cancel the charge against my account.

The room had a smoke alarm that would not stop beeping. The ceiling was water-stained from leaks. The bath fan sounded like a jet engine. There were dirty floors and furniture. I would not stay here if I were you.

I recently stayed at your Southport Crossing location and wanted to formally express concerns regarding the condition of the property during my visit. While I understand that occasional maintenance issues can happen, the number of problems experienced during this stay was disappointing and raised concerns regarding cleanliness, upkeep, and guest safety. The issues included, but were not limited to: Missing lampshades in the room The television picture being heavily obscured/distorted Yellow staining on blankets provided in the room A strong sewage odor throughout the hallway area An exterior back entrance that could be opened without a room key, which is a serious safety concern A bathroom tub that appeared dirty and also leaked water A smoke alarm that had been removed from the wall, leaving exposed wires visible The missing smoke alarm was especially concerning from a safety standpoint and should be addressed immediately. Unfortunately, these conditions made the stay uncomfortable and did not reflect the standards expected from a Choice Hotels property. I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention so they can be properly addressed, both for future guests and overall property standards. I would also appreciate follow-up regarding this matter and any steps being taken to resolve these issues. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

This hotel recently switched to a Quality Inn, but it was still Best Western quality. The hallways smelled really good. Check in was quick and friendly. The room was very nice and the bed was amazing. Everything was clean and nice. The breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast, but it was all well stocked and the hot food was good.

We booked through expedia and paid in full. I got to the front desk was asked for a credit card, gave it to her and explained I paid in full with expedia. She said she saw it but then when I checked my account the next morning it had been ran again. I told them again that I paid in full, the girl had to call expedia to get everything worked out. Now it's going to take up to 5 business days for my card to be refunded and she tells me she got the credit card I used from expedia to charge, which has already been charged! So frustrated right now. She told me it won't be charged again but the way she worded it I'll have to check Monday to make sure I'm not tripled charged. Very upset with that otherwise the trip was great. Great location and plenty of places to eat around us.

Perfect for a weekend stay

We stayed for a weekend to attend an event at Lucas Stadium. Only a 15 min drive there so convenient location to it and also numerous restaurants and shopping to keep us busy nearby. Staff was friendly and efficent. Breakfast was okay. It was a busy weekend so it was hard for them to keep up with stocking. Pool was a little cold for my taste. And being 7 months pregnant I wish I would've known there was no elevator but I survived. It did snow 8 inches on Saturday and when we left mid morning for home the parking lot was still not plowed or salted so that was a concern as well.

Comfortable and Clean

Check in was quick and the staff were friendly. I had to ask for a toiletry item and was give the item with a friendly smile. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. Great room for a great value.

Asked for a crib ahead of time... They didn't tell us they didnt have one until we got there. Kind of messed up the whole stay for us. In addition, they put us into a handicap room so we didn't even have a tub to wash our two year old. Yay.

My family and I went to Best Western for two nights so we weren’t expecting big things but we were kind of disappointed when we discovered that there is NO room service, NO elevator, the pool is much smaller than the pictures and the fitness room only has three exercise machines.

PERFECTO PERFECT

Un buen hotel excelente habitación limpieza muy bien instalaciones adicionales bien solo una pequeña pega no hay ascensor pero solo son bajos y 1 planta pero vale la pena repetiría este hotel sin dudarlo piscina pequeño gimnasio y buena ubicaciin
