As a result, 4% of the total amount paid will not be returned, since these fees are incurred for accepting payments through our payment processing service.

Have access to the entire home, parking on driveway or in garage only. No street parking allowed.

Available through Airbnb app. We are always available by phone, text, and email.

All reservations are required to sign a rental agreement which will be supplied for digital signature after a guest books.

Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules. Please make special note of the city ordinance that prohibits street parking.

All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

**Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions.

There are security cameras at the doorbell as well as above the garage, they are all outdoor and are triggered by motion.

NO CABLE: we do not offer cable TV at this home. We do have three TVs in the house with streaming capabilities where you can put your login information and access. Netflix Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and more.

Pet are allowed per stay. Pet fees will be collected after booking and are $175 per pet per stay.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine.


POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you`d like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee.. If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee.

*Heating the pool is $85/day*

Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night

Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay.

If you have more than 6 guests, there will be $15 per guest, per night, with a maximum of 8 guests at any time

Apologies in advance if the pool, pool chairs or outdoor furniture is dusty, we have them cleaned regularly but the winds are strong here and sometimes the dust / dirt collects, especially in the tanning bed area.

During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.
Please note that pool cleaners come Tuesday / Friday to clean the pool, in addition the landscapers come every Thursday, so please don`t be alarmed if you see them during your stay.

Guests are expected to turn fire pit off if they are not immediately around it (gas prices soaring like crazy)
