"I only gave four stars for the last two as they are undergoing renovations however the staff is friendly and the manager/owner is fair and he does go above and beyond for his guests. "The place is literally falling apart. The concrete roof above my head in one of the breezways literally crumbled less than a few seconds of me walking under it. I took a picture of the aftermath with the chuncks of concrete and rusted rebar on the floor. This place is the textbook definition of 'you get what you pay for'. At around $55 a night, it was bound to be in poor condition. "
