"I really liked the place, especially for a family trip.
The room was excellent, and the services were excellent. However, I think the older woman who works as a supervisor should be a little more friendly with the guests.
I arrived a little late for breakfast, and I was making waffles for my children, but she didn't let me finish. She turned off the waffle maker and took away the fruit and yogurt. I think she should have asked if I needed anything before putting everything away, especially since...

"De inicio la atención en el front desk fue muy pobre, poco amigable. La habitación no se sentía limpia, la calefacción no calentaba bien, el agua caliente del baño no era lo suficientemente caliente para el frío q hacía, no hicieron la limpieza del cuarto, cuando bajamos a desayunar a las 9:30, prácticamente ya no había desayuno. No lo recomiendo, fue un hospedaje caro para lo q ofrece."

"It cannot be denied that the hotel has good conditions, but my wife, my daughter and I stayed at this hotel, we only stayed at night because we were participating in an event at the university, I left the room the same as I received it and after a couple of days to my surprise a surcharge of 40 dollars which is not a lot of money nor does the amount bother me but it is an abuse that they charge without having reasons so stay away from there"
