Concrete repair work will take place on the North and South sides of the building from 9/15–10/10 between 9am–5pm,M-F only with some daytime noise expected. The pool and beach remain open, and all balconies face east so your ocean views will be unobstructed. Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida – a hidden gem in the heart of Brevard County! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit is located on the 2nd floor of the sought-after Indian Harbour Beach Club, offering 1,350 sq ft of beautifully decorated coastal comfort.
The unit sleeps 4 guests in beds, with a maximum occupancy of 6 (air mattress available upon request). Wake up to direct ocean views from every unit in the complex and enjoy relaxing beachside living at its best.
Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a stress-free getaway:
• Primary bedroom with a king bed and guest room with two twin beds
• TVs in the living room,primary, and guest room with Spectrum cable and complimentary movie channels

The location of the condo, the views and the quietness of the beach were very relaxing. The condo was in need of paint, updated furnishings and overall more dated than expected by photos. Did not interfere with our family time and overall check-in and communication by the management company was positive!

Great Spot!

The condo was just what we needed and in a great location! The sunrise was absolutely beautiful from the balcony and the beach is a short walk. The pool was perfect temperature as well! Thanks for letting us stay!

Perfect oceanfront beach stay

Very comfortable oceanfront condo with amazing views. Didn't need AC on entire time as I was able to keep doors open for the ocean breeze. Condo was clean and had all the basics upons checking in, even laundry pods for two loads! Location is ideal and highly recommend!
