We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. We will not be present during your stay, but we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all.

Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for making the short walk to the beach or dinner or walk the other way for a quick game of tennis with our provided tennis rackets and balls. Gleason Park is also a short walk away and offers a playground with walking trails and a public pool.

Guests will have private access to the entire home and all its amenities during their stay. This includes the main house, the private backyard with the pool and hot tub, and the game room. A laundry room is located under the carport, which also contains an additional refrigerator for your use. We provide plenty of washer pods and dryer sheets for your convenience.

Step inside and feel the open, airy layout greet you. The main level features an expansive living room, dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen that seamlessly flow together, creating the perfect hub for your group.

Kitchen & Dining: A fully stocked kitchen with every utensil and supply you could need, including a crockpot, blender, Tupperware, oils, and spices. The dining table seats six, with seven additional bar stools at the large kitchen island.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The home features four comfortable bedrooms. The second level has three bedrooms and two full baths, including a master suite with its own private bath and an enormous tiled shower. The lower level offers another bedroom with a king-sized bed. We provide luxury Soapbox body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Entertainment & Relaxation: Unwind in the lower-level family room with a top-of-the-line Samsung Smart TV and two sofas that fold out into double beds. The serene Florida room is perfect for reading, while the adjacent game room features a pool table and another smart TV.

Private Outdoor Oasis: Your private, fenced backyard includes an in-ground pool and attached hot tub. Enjoy a BBQ with the gas grill and dine at the six-person outdoor table. In the evening, gather around the cozy gas fire pit. We also provide a variety of yard games including Cornhole, Ladder golf, and Spike ball.

There is ample parking at the home for up to 3 cars comfortably. You can walk to a number of restaurants and the beach, or jump in the car and you are 60 seconds from A1a with anything and everything you would want for meals, shopping, and nightlife.

Pack Light: We provide a wide range of supplies for your convenience, including cleaning supplies, paper towels, dishwasher soap, bath towels, and beach towels.

Beach Gear Provided: To make your beach days perfect, we provide a full set of equipment located in the laundry room or backyard shed. This includes a beach cooler, wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, and sand toys. Please remember to rinse off the sand and return all items after use.

High-Speed Internet & TV: The home is equipped with the fastest internet available, perfect for working remotely or streaming on multiple devices. All four bedrooms and the three main living areas feature top-of-the-line Samsung Smart TVs with Spectrum cable TV. You are also welcome to log into your own streaming services.

Optional Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $30 per day, which is a wonderful option during the cooler months. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this service to your stay, and we can activate it remotely.
