The brand new fully equipped kitchen is every chef’s dream complete with a long center island, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. All 5 of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished and boast complimentary coastal colors and textures. THE LOCATION | Millennium Beach Park and Canova Park are both only a 15-minute walk away from this townhouse! On your walk to the sand, you’ll be able to stop in a variety of shops, cafes, or restaurants that line the main street. While staying at this townhouse, you’ll have access to the Fortebello Beachside community pool complete with loungers and new pergola and cabana area. There are even nice paths around the bass fishing pond if you feel up for a stroll on the property's grounds. Jet ski rentals, kayak rentals, and other boat rentals surround this Indian Harbour Beach area. Grocery stores, shopping centers, and plenty of other sites within walking distance help make this townhome the ideal home-away-from-home on the coast! The USSSA Sports Facility is just a 25-minute drive from this townhome so you can attend that must-see game with ease. The local paddle and oars park and yacht club are also a must visit!

The Neighborhood:
The home is in a gated community, that is situated within walking distance of the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

Many restaurants are a short walk away. For breakfast, stop by Corey's Deli and Bagels, for lunch and dinner, select from a wide variety of foods, such as seafood, steak, Italian, subs, Mexican, and much more!

Getting Around:
Cars are not necessary in this area; however, a plus unless you choose to get around with an Uber or Lyft. Most restaurants and beach are walking distance!

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

We had nearly no issues with the property. The only contact we had with the property managers was to get the WiFi password. The place is very spacious and looks new. We were all very comfortable there. Also the place is quiet and well equipped. No complaints at all

The place was perfect for our trip! It is roomy and welcoming and was super clean. The location was very close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. What we noticed was that even if we were playing a game downstairs (and being loud) you couldn't hear anything upstairs or outside! My only note is if you plan on doing much cooking - it looks like the supplies have dwindled in this property. We wanted to make brownies, for example but they didn't have a glass pan of any size that would work and it looked like they had lost a few glasses along the way. Plastic cups worked perfectly but if you plan to do a lot of cooking you might want to hit the Walmart across the street for supplies.

Very good for the price

Nice large house, well located a short distance to the beach. Good restaurants close by. The house was clean and equipped with necessities, but low on some paper goods like tissues. Also, the home needs to be checked to ensure everything is working properly as several door knobs and chair legs were loose and the fence in the yard was broken. Also, while it is a Florida location, there were some insects in the home.

suprise 70th birthday - short stay

We drove overnight from Maryland to Florida and was grateful to have access to a rental (not the original one I booked) with an early check-in. Since we were only staying really 2 days/nights and then driving back early sunday morning -we were on a tight schedule. The cleaning crew could have done a better job with getting the place ready -- multiple showers had hair in them as well as a used loofah from previous guests and there was a roach in the living room on Saturday night. I called to talk to them Sunday morning as we were leaving as I didn't have time when I was in the shower to wait from a cleaning crew to come in there on Friday and clean the shower--we did it ourselves. Customer service wasn't all that receptive to our situation almost making it sound like my fault for not reporting as soon as it happened. I suggested them refunding the 60 I paid for early check in as a good faith effort on their part to rectify the situation but nothing has been done as of this review. Not sure that I would stay here again, unfortunately.

Family vacation

This was a trip with my 75 + year old parents and aunts plus a couple teenagers. The condo was absolutely perfect for the large group. Everyone had a place to sleep with ample seating in the living room/dining area as well. The condo was very clean and had all necessary items in the kitchen for cooking. Location is close to the beach, a quick drive or a longer walk (we chose the drive). A couple call outs that would make the place AMAZING - the patio space is huge and private but unfortunately has no furniture. The large master bath upstairs (the only one with double sinks) does not have a single towel rack, hook or shelf to be found. Would be nice to add those little things. The beds are really high - so high in fact that with my guests being age 75+, I had to run to Walmart to buy them step stools. ;( However overall - the place was great and the owners/property manager or whoever I corresponded with, could not have been better. Really really great customer service. 10/10 for the entire experience. Would definitely recommend!

Vacation 2024

Overall, the property itself was good. The only issues i had were the master bedroom not being as cool as the rest of the house and also the master bedroom ceiling light was extremely dim, dimmer than a nightlight. It was a little further away from the beach than i liked. Otherwise, it was a very nice house/condo. If you dont mind not being closer to the beach, it is a very nice place to stay.

Perfect for baseball parents

We had our baseball families rent out a few rentals on the same neighborhood. It was perfect for all of us to be able to spend time together and then sleep in our own rentals! Definitely recommend for space coast tournament stays!
