The Space:
THE PROPERTY | Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: King bed | Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds | Living Room: (2) Sleeper Sofas and (1) Sleeper in Loft. Furnished with tasteful beach-themed decor, this spacious family townhouse is an ideal home base in Indian Harbour Beach. Enjoy the cool coastal breeze right from this property’s private patio or upper balcony! Wander into the wide living room with soft sofas and a mounted flat-screen Smart TV. Don’t forget to connect to the complimentary wireless internet to search for the best breakfast spots for tomorrow’s agenda. The brand new fully equipped kitchen is every chef’s dream complete with a long center island, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. Prepare 3-course meals or beachfront picnics with ease. Challenge your travel companions to a quick Foosball match in the upstairs game area. All 3 of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished and boast complimentary coastal colors and textures. The Master bedroom comes equipped with en-suite bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower for extra vacation luxury.

THE LOCATION | Millennium Beach Park and Canova Park are both only a 15-minute walk away from this townhouse! On your walk to the sand, you’ll be able to stop in a variety of shops, cafes, or restaurants that line the main street. While staying at this townhouse, you’ll have access to the Fortebello Beachside community pool complete with loungers and new pergola and cabana area. There are even nice paths around the bass fishing pond if you feel up for a stroll on the property's grounds. Jet ski rentals, kayak rentals, and other boat rentals surround this Indian Harbour Beach area. Grocery stores, shopping centers, and plenty of other sites within walking distance help make this townhome the ideal home-away-from-home on the coast! The USSSA Sports Facility is just a 25-minute drive from this townhome so you can attend that must-see game with ease. The local paddle and oars park and yacht club are also a must visit!

The Neighborhood:
The home is in a gated community, that is situated within walking distance of the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

Many restaurants are a short walk away. For breakfast, stop by Corey's Deli and Bagels, for lunch and dinner, select from a wide variety of foods, such as seafood, steak, Italian, subs, Mexican, and much more!

Getting Around:
Cars are not necessary in this area; however, a plus unless you choose to get around with an Uber or Lyft. Most restaurants and beach are walking distance!

Other Things to Note:
To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
- Paper towels
- Toilet paper
- Tissues
- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar
- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

Granddaughter wedding

The house was beautiful. All that was listed was there plus extras. Only problem was no hot water in bathroom upstairs. Made call and was called back that bathroom water was set up opposite. Once we knew that it was fine. I did mention it to lady who helped me that maybe sign put up in bathroom. I would call to made reservation if ever in area again.

Nice but a few issues.

Nice place, but needed a site manager walk through. 3rd bedroom had no lamp or ceiling lights, so it had no lighting. Found dead Palmetto on closet floor. Very noticeable, not sure how cleaning crew missed it? Can't believe that early check in was an extra 20$ an hour.(check in was 4pm). I think this host could've done better

Could of been better…

The house it self was comfortable, it had all accommodations, and it was clean. Whenever I needed to speak to someone my messages were answered, but what was completely unacceptable was the Air conditioner was controlled and it was at 77 degrees, extremely hot and we couldn’t hardly sleep. I notified this and what really bothered me the most was the response I received, which was “Thank you for your feed back we will take it into consideration for our next guest”, that felt like a disrespectful comment to the point were My other family members that were planning on renting soon, will not do so. I do understand that at 10:00 am you could of put up the A/C, but NOT while we were there, you charged me and I paid what you requested, never was I informed that the A/C will be controlled this way. Never again we will rent there again and hopefully you will really take this review into consideration and learn from your mistake. Family Time really matter and should be respected at all times.

mothers day weekend

My family and i met to have a weekend on the beach, which the house is only blocks away from the beach. we had plenty of restaurants to choose from that were close to the house. Will be returning for future get aways. The house was big nice and clean.
