Located on the 2nd floor, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers approximately 1,350 sq ft of comfortable living space directly on the beach in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida.
Located on a quiet stretch of beach, guests can enjoy the ocean without the crowds often found in nearby Cocoa Beach. Indian Harbour Beach Club is known as a hidden gem along Florida’s Space Coast, and many guests return year after year and reserve their stays well in advance.
This unit sleeps 4 in beds, with a maximum occupancy of 6.

Great condo directly on the ocean. Well furnished, kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Laundry room, books, games. Grilling and picnic area in good shape, grounds well maintained. Communication was easy, on site management if needed. Plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, fishing pole, chairs, umbrella and cooler. Big balcony. Cons: Parking was a little tight, bigger vehicles might have trouble. No bike rack/lock up area. Cadre of old ladies that descend on the pool an hour before opening in the morning to wait around and snag the good chairs with towels hours before anyone plans to use them. Rude and annoying.

The condo needs a deep clean and some mechanical updating. Spare toilet did not flush until husband took back off and fixed it. Kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Carpet and tile floors need to be cleaned. The condo was well stocked with cooking, baking items.

Beautiful location with amazing views and great beach access!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our two kids. We were traveling for my 15yo son’s baseball tournament. The condo was about 20 minutes from the Space Coast complex and we loved the convenience of having a kitchen and washer/dryer. The balcony was my favorite part of the entire trip. We watched the sunrise one day and took walks on the beach each evening. We refreshed the beach umbrella and chairs for the next guests as they needed to be replaced. Wi-Fi could be better. I worked the first few days but it was slow and the TVs were glitchy. But who needs TV and work when you are at the beach??!!

Melbourne Beach Memorial Day Weekend

Overall, our stay at this location, met our expectations of quiet and relaxation. We've been to the area many times and really enjoy the beach, laid back atmosphere and nearby dining. The unit we stayed in was perfect for us with a 2nd floor, unobstructed view of the ocean and we enjoyed quite a bit of time on the balcony. The couple of items that I believe could have gone better: smokers - in the unit below us and other nearby units smokers apparently also like to use the balconies/patios to partake in their habits to the point we had to retreat inside. It would be nice if smoking was not permitted on the premises and that the rule was enforced. The other couple of items are minor - all correspondence including stay confirmation, entry instructions and this survey page were transmitted in Spanish and I had to use the computer to translate. Additionally, when I tried to book through the web-site, I was unable to complete the transaction and had to finalize the booking with a phone call. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Was a wonderful place for family to hangout and relax. The beach views were spectacular. The beds were comfortable and the place was well equipped to cook in. The staff are very friendly and the process while there was painless. We will definitely be coming back and staying again!

Loved our stay & ocean view!

We loved our stay and plan to be back. Each morning we were able to watch the sunrise (and dolphins!) over the ocean from the balcony, we were able to see a SpaceX launch from the beach and we enjoyed the great location. The walk to the beach is extremely short and easy. The kitchen is filled with everything that you need to cook meals in. Our only constructive feedback is that the second bedroom could have better lighting (it is very dark even during the day) and newer beds. Perhaps a queen trundle bed? Overall, we recommend this condo to all.

Nice Beachfront

My family and I enjoyed the wonderful sunrises on the private balcony. The room was clean, a little outdated but exactly what we needed when it came to handicap accessibility for my 90 year old parents. The ocean waves were soothing to listen to, without the noise of a large crowds. Very nice place to stay. I would stay there again for sure.

Indian Harbour Beach Club Review

Great location, great amenities, super friendly staff and easy check in and check out process! We had everything we needed and barely left the property, close to many restaurants and grocery store spots. My only suggestion for improvement would be comfiness of mattresses. Still didn’t impact my 5 star rating though everything else was great! Will visit again.

Management was very easy to work with, beach was clean and not crowded.. some updates inside ( lighter paint and decor- just a little dark inside for a beach condo) would make it even nicer…overall a great relaxing experience
