This unit sleeps 6 in beds. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6. Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is located in the Indian Harbour Beach Club. This vacation rental complex is definitely one of the best short-term rentals on the beach. This beach front complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. The covered parking spot is 20 yards from the front door so easy loading and unloading. The back door is 30 yards to the sand. This is awesome when you want to quickly run in from the beach to grab something. The master bath and guest bath are fully stocked with the necessities. All linens and towels are provided, including beach towels. Now, into the living room and the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest room has two trundle beds, and the TV Content in each room is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area.

We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and US Airways.

Right on the beach

Property is very well kept. Beach is right there! Pool was great and views of the veach spectacular. Plenty of great restaurants with in minutes of the property.

Dual purpose trip

We really enjoyed this unit being on ground level so close to the pool, and beach. Had space for a visit from our local family too. Nice outside screen sitting area, but it can get loud during heavy pool use. Large common area/dinning and kitchen. Master bedroom and bathroom are spacious.

Beautiful condo

We absolutely loved this condo. We came with 2 adults and 4 kids ranging from 11-14. The condo was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and we loved that it was a downstairs unit with a porch. The condo was close to restaurants, shops and some good ice cream spots. Also loved having a covered parking spot right outside our door. The access to the beach was perfect with a super short walk from the condo to the steps down to the beach. We even saw turtles come up and lay eggs on our night beach walks, which was so cool. The only negative has nothing to do with the condo, only the beach as having kids who love to play in the water we had no idea about the huge rocks. Huge coquina rocks saturate the water and make it hard to enjoy playing in the waves. Other than that I would 100% stay here again.

Incredible condo

Communication was great, all questions answered quickly. Check in was easy. The condo was very clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, beach accessories and all our basic needs. The beds were comfortable. Huge plus for the washer and dryer. The biggest reason to rent this condo is how close the pool and beach are. Loved the screen porch. Can’t wait to rented it again.

Wonderful, once again!

Thank you for another wonderful stay at Indian Harbour Beach Club. Everything was clean and as stated. Beds are comfortable. And the kitchen is well-appointed. Washer and dryer is a bonus.

We loved our stay. The pool overlooking the ocean was gorgeous and our toddler loved it. The unit had everything needed to enjoy a day on the beach-beach towels, chairs, toys, and more. The easy access to the beach and pool was great. Loved this part of the coast-much less busy than further north.

The condo was absolutely beautiful.

The condo was alot larger than I thought. Easy access to the beach and pool was warm. Only downfall I have was that the complex was repainting the sidewalk when we were there and our patio beach door was closed down for a day. Really wasn't a big deal though. Loved the place!
