"Fantastic staff at this property!!! Our flight was very delayed and we arrived after their check- in time. I let the hotel know our predicament and they were so gracious and had someone at the front desk waiting for us when our ride share dropped us off in the middle of the night. "The night we checked in we were given a 2nd floor room. Both of us needed assistance and my roommate was on a walker. There was no elevator and no one to help us. We asked about perhaps switching rooms with someone who had checked in before us. There were 3 people ahead of us the older receptionist said she couldn’t do that and was not helpful at all. "This hotel is very close to the airport and offer shuttle service to MIA airport. Rooms are big and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning is great. It is also close to the Miami areas and attractions"

"Upon arrival the staff was super helpful. We had a quick and easy check in process. The lobby, pool, and restaurants were beautiful and clean. We stayed on the fifth floor and as soon as I got out of the elevator, as someone who owns a home remodeling business, I could immediately tell there was a moisture issue. There was a definite musty smell. The room was clean, well appointed and the beds were comfortable. Perfect for a one night stay."

"I’d give this hotel 3 1/2 stars. The location is great if you have an early morning flight and staff was also friendly and polite. My biggest issue was that there was no hot water. I reported it to the front desk and was told maintenance would come by, but no one ever did, so I ended up having to shower in cold water.
