Aspectos negativos: Limpieza, personal y instalaciones y estado del alojamiento
Para empezar, de entrada un olor a cloro y humedad fatal! La habitacion helada, la ropa de cama muy vieja y no abrigaba nada. La cafetera estaba sucia, el cuchillo quise usar y al sacarle la tapa, tenia mermelada o algo pegado, muy desagradable. El shampoo terrible, te deja el cabello durísimo y no hay acondicionador sino que es un 2 en 1, terrible.
La llave de la ducha estaba suelta parecía que ya se salía. No entendí por qué te ponen un plástico en los controles de remoto, supongo que para dar la impresión de "desinfectado" pero en realidad terrible, cero sustentable. Los usb de las lámparas tampoco funcionaban, estaban flojos.
To begin with, there was a terrible smell of chlorine and humidity as soon as I arrived. The room was freezing, and the bedding was very old, poor and didn’t provide any warmth. The coffee maker was dirty, and when I tried to use the knife, I removed the cover and found jam or something stuck to it—very unpleasant.
The shampoo was awful; it left my hair extremely stiff, and there was no conditioner, only a 2-in-1 product, which was terrible.
The shower handle was loose and felt like it was about to come off. I also didn’t understand why the remote controls were covered in plastic—supposedly to give the impression of being “disinfected,” but in reality it was terrible and completely unsustainable. The lamp plugs didnt work since the usb charge was lose.
