The Space:

The property offers 3,100 square feet of comfortable, air-conditioned living space.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including four private bedrooms each with a king-size bed, four and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a laundry room, and a garage. Enjoy the private pool, hot tub, patio, and backyard. Beach access is also available a 2 minute walk away. The keycode for the front door will be sent to you automatically before check-in.

Conveniently located off of Rt. A1A in Melbourne, Florida, our property offers easy access to transportation options. Ample private parking is available on-site for your convenience. For those preferring ride-sharing services, Uber and Lyft are readily accessible in the area. The closest major airport is Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB), approximately a 15-minute drive away. Orlando International Airport (ORH) is about an hour drive away. Public transportation options are limited, so we recommend using a personal vehicle or ride-sharing services for the most convenient travel experience.

Craig was a great host! Very responsive and accommodating. The house was exactly as described. Very spacious, very clean and loads of amenities. Pool and spa were great. Easy access to beach, with access to beach chairs, umbrellas and loads of toys for my grandson! Would definitely stay again and recommend to all.

Lovely place to stay. appears newly renovated Nice layout on first floor, open concept kitchen and living area, primary suite, porch and private pool . Upstairs with 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, upstairs porch , covered, but definitely got wet with the rain. If you really look past trees and buildings, you may get a glimpse of the ocean A small glitch on arrival. The door code wouldn’t open the door Craig was helpful getting a remedy . The internet/ Spectrum was out for an entire day (technology). A bit of issues with pool/spa, but it’s because we were unaware of location of regulator box . The unit is on a busy road, but living areas face the back of building. We were able to see a SpaceX launch, visit Kennedy Space center etc. All a reasonable drive Lovely place to stay!! Enjoy!

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. Quick access to the beach across A1A. The beach is not overcrowded as the house is not next to resorts or condos. Very clean. We would stay here again!

Very clean and well appointed, inside of property very quiet. Close to beaches and restaurants. TV a little complicated for technically challenged older couple lol. This is a double property but felt like sigle family home.

Thanksgiving getaway

We had a good stay here. The walk from house to the beach is about 100 yards and a little hard for my mom’s walker, but we made the most of it!!! Place was very nice and well decorated. Hot tub was nice at any time of the day! We had a fun time.

Great place to stay

This place is pretty much as advertised. We did have issues with the lock and getting into the house. It happened a 2nd time as well, but luckily we had someone in the house. This duplex/house be aware it is connected to another condo/duplex not exactly sure what it’s called. The pool and upper outside areas are great. Please note also you do have to cross a 4 lane road to get to the beach path, which wasn’t a huge deal for us as adults, but those with children might be aware. I understand that things need to be done to leave a home, but the check out list is quite extensive, and yet you have to pay a cleaning fee. We did have to wash one of the comforters upon arrival due to a big stain which came out after the wash. Also be aware there is a charge to use the grill, which I have never seen before. In all the place is great the location and restaurants around were very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Vacation

From the moment you enter the house, you know it's going to be a good vacation. The owners have taken a lot of care to make sure the house is clean and very well labeled to simplify your stay. The surrounding area has everything you need from restaurants, entertainment, and grocery shopping. The beach is just a short walk away, across the A1A, and the pool/ spa is perfect to wind down in after a full day. We were even able to make it to Magic Kingdom for a day with the kids. Thanks again!

Beach Access

Rental was beautiful. We just didn't realize we had to cross A1A to get to beach. We just relaxed and enjoyed home and forgo beach since we live in area with multiple beaches. We are elderly and have two ladies that could not navigate the highway to walk to beach.

Immaculate vacation home

Loved our stay! Very comfortable. Gorgeous new home with all amenities and plenty of space for family gatherings. Central location - walking distance to beach and right on A1A. Nice appliances, linens, everything you need. Great hosts! Wonderful communication.
