Captivating & Spacious 2 primary suites/2.5 bath Oceanfront Condo

Located in beautiful Indialantic, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. This unit directly faces the ocean and provides a beautiful ocean view! Come relax and enjoy the serenity of this beautifully decorated and spacious 2 Bedroom/2.5 Bath condominium. This 1900 sq. ft. condo is located in the Club Residences on the second and third floor. This beach is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve this unit a year in advance. The views are breathtaking. The primary bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. All linens and towels are provided. The living room, primary bedroom and one guest bedroom, also a primary suite have flat screen televisions with Spectrum service. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, wet bar, wine cooler dishwasher, microwave, double oven, coffee pot, blender, toaster, etc. The primary bedroom has a king size bed. The guest suite has a king size bed and extra room has bunk beds. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. Also included, beach toys, chairs and umbrella located in the garage. There is also a swimming pool.

We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and US Airways and 59 miles from the Orlando International Airport.

Beautiful

This was our 3rd stay at this property and we love it every time we come. Local restaurants are great, the house is well stocked, comfortable the View is beautiful, beach is perfect and the pool is refreshing and clean.

Front and center on the beach

This is a great spot to spend a beach vacation with the unit being steps away from the sand. If you’d rather enjoy the ocean breezes without leaving the unit, there are two large outdoor patios, one in full sun and one in full shade for most of the day.In addition to the beach, everything you could want is close by and you have easy access to the roads that will take you to local attractions like the space center.The unit itself is clean and nicely furnished, with renovated bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a spacious 2 car garage. The building itself is only 3 stories tall with this unit sitting front and center on the 2nd and 3rd floor, so you’re enjoying the best location that the building has to offer. We have friends and family in the area but prefer to have our own place when we visit. I think we’ve found the perfect spot with this unit.

What a great spot. Directly on the ocean. Our third time staying at this two story 3 Bdrm open floor plan condo. Large MSTR Suite on the 3rd story with a large open patio that has unencumbered direct ocean front views / location. Spectacular sunrises. Always clean, well stocked and safe. We’ll be back!

Stunning views in a beautiful home!

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous rental. The views from the first floor living room, kitchen, and balcony are amazing! The balcony has very comfy furniture - we spent a lot of time relaxing there. You are so close to the ocean on a less populated area of the beach. Both master bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. The ocean facing master has wonderful views and the balcony from there has a variety of furniture. This was one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at and we have rented many oceanfront properties in the past. The owners are responsive and accommodating. We needed a high chair and playpen for our little one and they were happy to accommodate. It was great to have a garage. It was also wonderful to have beach chairs that were in good condition, and lots of toys for our little one play in the sand. We didn't use the pool because it was a little too cold in January for us, but it looked inviting. It's near grocery stores and a Walmart. There's also a fresh fish store called Indiatlantic seafood company within a couple miles. I highly recommend this property!

Views For Days

We had a great stay at this property - great location, beautiful views of the ocean, and unobstructed view of launches from the top balcony. Rolled out of bed at 6:30am for a 6:37am launch - pretty fabulous! We found everything as described, very clean and comfortable, with a lot of amenities provided, and well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing!!!

Gorgeous spot!! Needs more than 5 stars! Beautiful condo right on the beach. AMAZING views from both balconies! The beach in front of the condo was very quiet with hardly anyone on it. Our family of 5 surfed and hung out all week and it felt like we had the whole area completely to ourselves. The condo had everything we needed and more. Very close to everything but it still feels like super private. The pool was quiet and clean. The area is beautiful. The condo owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Did not want to leave and would love to come back! :) :)

Very Private

We had a great time the week of 4th of July, because the place is a smaller complex we had the beach and pool to ourselves practically. The Condo had pretty much anything we needed. If I had any to say negatively it would be the water pressure in the downstairs bath was low and we had to take the lid of the toilet and mess with the float so it would fill back up and the right master vanity faucet had low pressure but other than that really nice.

Views for Days

Me and my family(wife, 11-year-old, 10-year-old, 17-month-old) loved our time. The location is 10 out of 10, where the beach is right in your backyard. The condo was exactly what we expected, the pool was clean and peaceful, and the beach was clean with fun waves. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to get away from the crowds, as we had multiple days where we had the pool and the beach completely to ourselves. This was the first location where my wife and I said to ourselves that we could absolutely see ourselves renting again. Wonderful stay!

Beautiful Condo with incredible views!

The best vacation rental we have ever stayed in! If you are looking for the perfect beachside getaway look no further. This condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was so nice to stay somewhere where the beds were comfortable as well as the large sectional and the seating on the deck was wonderful! They didn't have a pack n play listed but when I reached out they said they would have one available and that was very helpful! The ocean views are breathtaking. Amazing views from the family room and the master suite. We spent a lot of time on the deck you feel as though you are right on the beach. It was so nice to also have pool access, my kids loved the pool. We had everything we needed for our beach days in the garage, shovels, buckets, chairs and and umbrella. There were also big floaties available for the pool. There are a couple of stores nearby and plenty of great places to eat. We also went to the Brevard Zoo which was about a 20 minute drive and it was a great zoo! We cannot wait to come back! Lifelong memories were made here.

Enjoyable stay

Very accommodating and flexible with timing. We had most of what we needed for our vacation. Beach toys, chairs, and umbrella were handy. The private garage was also nice to have for our vehicle. Beautiful sunrises being right on the beach!

This Place is Amazing!

We loved staying here! The first time we walked in and saw the ocean from the front door, we fell in love. Having the beach in your backyard is such a luxury and was so perfect. The inside was absolutely beautiful and had everything that we needed-very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was also nice to have a garage so close to our door. We were so appreciate of all of the beach toys, chairs, paddle board, cooler, etc. We enjoyed sitting on both of the balconys where there was plenty of seating. The beds were all comfortable and we liked the extra blankets and pillows. This place is truly a gem!! I know that we will definitely stay here again.
