Unable to check in due to a power outage. Front desk was extremely helpful and courteous so this is not a reflection on the staff. Instead, this is on management. No information on expected guests, no communication, no apologies. Front desk personnel was left alone, and other guests including myself were literally left in the dark. Eventually I was "advised" to seek alternative accomodations. Very disappointed that the hotel would turn away ALL guests due to a power outage. Management needs to do better.

Breakfast was exceptional both food and waitstaff were above par. Staff was extremely helpful in securing my transport.

The comfort and cozy atmosphere sets this hotel apart. The staff always give exceptional service. I hate to name names because I don’t remember everyone’s names, but I’ll mention a few. Tatiana at the front desk. Craig. In the restaurant, Charmaine, Joseph, Christine. They consistently offer great service.
