Incredible Lake Harding Waterfront home!!

This completely updated home is over 2000 sq. ft., with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We want you to feel completely relaxed and comfortable in our space. The Master bedroom has a king size bed plus a fold-out couch for extra guests. It makes a great family suite when traveling with smaller children. The private bath has double sinks, a generous soaking tub, walk in shower for 2 and private toilet room. You will love having all this extra space. Both guest rooms have queen size beds and their own smart TV's. Enjoy some Netflix if the weather is less than ideal. An oversized kitchen with wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove top and refrigerator will fit even the largest of gatherings. There is extra room at the bar for seating while the cooks prepare the meals. The living room is relaxed and comfortable, the sectional couch will sit 6 comfortably. A small desk is great for games and a laptop if you need to catch up on emails. The large dining room sits 6 but can easily accommodate more when needed. The guest bath has double sinks and a step-in shower and tub combo. A washer and dryer is located in the back of the home and can be used if needed.

The outdoor space is even better! The large screened in porch is located on the lakeside of the home, this is where you will enter the home from. It has 2 outdoor eating spots available along with 1 of the 2 hammocks on the property. Cool down with the fans on the porch after a hot day while relaxing in the hammock.
The Gazebo is also a favorite spot to relax!! There is a lovely swing for 2 in the gazebo along with another hammock for relaxing. Take a glass of wine, turn on the fans and enjoy the sunset from this location.
The 2 story boathouse is the perfect place to get in the lake and enjoy the water! The floating dock has 2 lounge chairs with cushions for sunbathing. There is also a choice of floats in the boat house along with fishing rods to keep you entertained. Another dining area is on the boat house that sits 6 people. Upstairs is one of the most unique features of the home with it's own "Pirate" themed bar with 3 rope swing seats. Enjoy a cold one up top and relax with your guests! We have a very special friend that calls the bar her home, her name is "Mama Duck" and if you are lucky you will see her poking her head out from the rafters!

Loved this property! The kayaks were a hit! The only complaint the kids had was why couldn’t they use a jet ski? Other than that, all good.

Lakehouse getaway for a wedding weekend

We were in the area for a family wedding and the Lakehouse turned out to be a perfect in-between location. The house on the lake with the attached boathouse was the home away from home and ended up being the perfect place to catch up and relax with family after the wedding. We fished, swam, relaxed and grilled. It was perfect. 10 out of 10.

Family weekend

We came to stay in Salem bc it was close enough to Fort Moore and our son was graduating from basic training. We haven’t seen him in almost 6 months and this location was a perfect place for our family to relax and fish and swim.

90th Birthday Celebration for Mama

Another Amazing Stay!

This is our second time staying here and once again we absolutely loved it! Our Soldier graduated from Airborne at Fort Benning, we enjoyed spending Easter here and relaxing on the docks and swimming! Home is located approx 40 minutes from base but close enough for the things you need and perfect for relaxing! Safe, quiet neighborhood with beautiful lake views! Our soldier ships to Bragg this coming week, but if he’s back it Moore again we will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing stay-Highly recommend!

We stayed here for our sons Turning Green Ceremony, it was amazing! Our soldiers were able to relax, fish, enjoy the outdoors and catch up on their rest! The kitchen was fully stocked, I had brought a few of my own pots and pans because we’ve had experience with other locations not having enough, this kitchen was fully stocked with everything and more that I needed to cook all weekend for the guys! The owner was quick to respond with any questions! I definitely will be sharing this location with other Army Moms! It is Central time zone (Army base is on Eastern) and about 40 minutes from base. Close to anything we needed but far enough out to really relax! This is an absolutely perfect place to stay and if I could rate it a 10, I would!

AU Football Weekend

We had a great trip to the lake and enjoyed our stay. The kids had a great time in the water, and it is an easy drive to Auburn for gameday. The house was very clean and laid out well for a larger group. The kitchen had everything that we needed, and we also used the gas grill one night. I left a 4 rating for accuracy only because it really only has room for 7 people to sleep comfortably, and the listing says 10. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The morning and evening views of the lake are so beautiful and peaceful. Water was perfect for swimming. The beds and linens are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean.

Spring Break

This was our second time we brought our grandchildren for a few days of Spring Break. Great place, well stocked kitchen and nice porch to enjoy the lake. The kids fished, rode the paddle boat and we rented the pontoon boat for a nice day in the lake.

Overall lovely place. I think it could have been a bit cleaner, especially the outside furniture as it was the season of pollen. Also, the house was very cold as the heater was not working. They are getting it fixed. The host was very responsive and I appreciate her working to make our stay a good experience.

Great place to have a home away from home

We had a family of 7 stay here, including 2 kids and we loved the place. The kitchen is very well stocked for all you could need to prepare meals. There was plenty of space for us all to be able to be together and enjoy the living room area. Unfortunately, it was really cold during our stay so we did not get to enjoy the deck and porch as much as we would like to have been able to but the outside space would be great for the summer months. We would love to come back during the summer time and would recommend this place to anyone we know.

We loved the location, the amenities were amazing, the decor, the layout, everything we needed in the kitchen, great size, was very comfortable. We just had one problem that can be fixed. There wasn't any water pressure at all, could only use one water faucet or Shower at a time. Was hectic to work around.

Great for family

Property was as described in pictures. Well stocked kitchen. Kids loved the pirate bar at the dock. We ate out there for a few meals. The float mat was a big hit for kids to play in the water. Kayaks were great. Played some games and did a puzzle from the Games Closet. Only thing I would suggest it that the patio furniture be more clean and noticed vacuuming was needed under couch and beds (could see things from the shower, and when we cleaned up game pieces). Would recommend this stay for families.

We didn’t want to leave!

The house was so cute & comfy! Plenty to do inside & out. From the game closet to kayaks & floats- we had fun! This house is well appointed , with everything we needed to fix our meals, including a charcoal & gas grill. Would definitely stay again!
