(Please note we do NOT provide beach passes to the private beaches). Prep meals in the well equipped kitchen or relax with arcade games in the living room around the fireplace.     Please note that Washoe County charges a mandatory 13% lodging tax when you confirm your reservation.



    After booking, you will be asked to complete and sign a Check-In Form and Rental Agreement, which protects our home and community from guest damages.



    WE DO NOT PROVIDE INCLINE VILLAGE BEACH PASSES.

    Patio cushions are only set out during the summer due to unpredictable snowstorms through mid June. Community pool is only available beginning late June through Labor Day weekend.



    The Incline Cabin is an older home and does not have air conditioning. This home is not ADA-accessible. All bedrooms are located upstairs.



    Please let us know if your service animal will be joining you on your trip.



    The region is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, we highly suggest purchasing travel insurance or booking closer to your travel dates.

Amazing stay in incline

The house had all we could ask for to live and entertain our young children during a snow storm and once it cleared so close to Diamond Peak was a blast! Hot tub is key after a long day on the slopes, would stay again A

Amazing House

This house is perfect and has everything you could ever need. It was very well organized and had lots of nice personal touches. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you for the amazing stay.

The home was great for our family and kids, especially since we were skiing Mt Rose! The drive to Mt Rose was easy and the hot tub was perfect afterwards. The kitchen was fully stocked and definitely had what we needed. Thank you!

We had a great stay. We appreciated all the ammenities and how everything was labelled in the house for easy putting away. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and helpful with suggestions. The place was very clean and a great location to town. The hot tub was clean and refreshing in the evenings. Thank you!

Great Cabin, Loved the Hot Tub

We came as a family to ski in Tahoe and the Incline Cabin was perfect. Great location only 20 minutes from Mt. Rose, near grocery, coffee, and restaurants. The kids and adults both loved the hot tub after a long day on the mountain.

The house had everything we needed. Host was great! Location was close to everything in Incline. It was decorated so cute!! The queen bedroom was a little tight for 2 adults with luggage. Overall it was great!

Great Rental!!

This rental was perfect! Great location , very clean , comfortable beds, every appliance and utensils you will need to cook, very spacious also. Hot tub was perfect for those cold evenings and loved the gas fireplace . These owners go above average to make your stay very pleasurable. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental if you ever want to visit incline village !

Very charmimg house. Nice touches such as fresh coffee beans, a grinder, and an espresso machine! There were also beach towels for the jacuzzi. Good central location, however difficult to find especially in the dark.

Cynthia and Ngoc are amazing hosts. The cabin was great everything as advertised. Cynthia and Ngoc were in touch with us the whole way checking that we had everything we needed and were enjoying ourselves and responded to any questions we had in a friendly and very timely manner. Great property and amazing hosts! We hope to return soon!
