Welcome to our stunning two-story lakefront home, offering breathtaking lake views and a picturesque backdrop for your stay. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home spans over 1850 sq. feet, providing ample space for your family or group to relax and unwind.

This home truly offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, and we can't wait to host you on your next getaway!

On the first story, you'll find a bonus room with a pull-out couch, laundry, and a half bath for your convenience.

The second story boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two king-size beds and one queen-size bed, as well as two full baths. The fully equipped kitchen features all the cooking tools you'll need, including pots and pans, toaster oven, blender, and drip coffee maker. The living room, complete with a cozy fireplace, is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Step outside onto the deck/patio and enjoy dining al fresco while taking in the stunning lake views. Stargaze while soaking in the hot tub. Stay entertained with the Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows and movies- please bring your own logins.

No Air Conditioning

***Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions.  

If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, We highly suggest you PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates. ***

Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the front front door/deck/parking lot area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE INCLINE VILLAGE BEACH PASSES
Outdoor furniture and full use of the deck may not be available during winter months due to heavy snow.

Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.

Note on Map Distances and Beaches:

The platform automatically generates distance estimates (e.g., "5–10 minutes to the lake"). These are not added or controlled by us as the host. Some of our properties are located close to Incline Village’s private beaches; however, access to these beaches is restricted by IVGID (Incline Village General Improvement District) and is only available to property owners. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide guest access to these private beaches.

We kindly ask guests not to leave negative reviews for lack of lake access, as this is clearly explained in our listing's notes section and is outside of our control.
