This charming 3-bedroom home is a cozy mountain retreat just 1 mile from Diamond Peak Ski Resort! In the beautiful Incline Village area, the home is surrounded by towering pines and places you minutes from the slopes and pristine beaches of north Lake Tahoe. Inside the home, you will be welcomed by a bright, spacious living/dining area, cozy bedrooms all on the lower level, and a deck with a private hot tub. This home is the ideal launching pad for your round fun in Tahoe!

Tucked among the towering pines in the Incline Village area, this charming home is the perfect home base for endless outdoor adventures in the northern Tahoe area! The home features two levels of living space with the main living space on the upper floor. The living room and kitchen boast an open and social layout with windows all around that frame the beautiful views over the surrounding forest. French doors open up to the deck offering a great extension of living space where you can soak up the fresh mountain air while you relax on the comfortable outdoor chairs, or ease sore muscles in the hot tub.



The home’s three bedrooms are all located downstairs so you can enjoy a quiet area to rest. All three of the bedrooms include queen-size beds for added comfort, with one of the rooms featuring a queen bunk bed and a trundle bed making for the perfect room for sharing. The home includes two bathrooms, one near the main living space, and one near the bedrooms, as well as a stacked washer and dryer.

Guests will have access to the entire home, an upper-level deck with a private hot tub, and one assigned parking place located across the street from the home.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy the perfect blend of convenience and tranquil nature from this charming home! Tucked amongst towering pine trees, the home is a mile from Diamond Peak Ski Resort, a renowned resort that is great for beginning skiers to practice. Those in the area for winter sports will find Mt Rose Ski Resort and Northstar Ski Resort both within a 25-minute or less drive offering quick access to the slopes. In the summertime, this area becomes a beautiful outdoor haven with abundant hiking and mountain biking trails to explore and pristine beaches to relax on. Golf enthusiasts have the immaculate course at Incline Village Champion Golf Course 2 miles from the home!



When you are in the mood for more city exploring Incline Village offers a range of dining options, boutique shops, luxury spas, and well-maintained parks to enjoy. This funky little beach town, King’s Beach, is less than 10 miles away and offers plenty of entertainment and dining options for you to enjoy with a wide variety of restaurants to dine at, cute boutiques, and a farmer's market for shopping, and free concerts that happen in the summer. With its easy access to town, ski resorts, golfing, and the lake, this home is a great home base for the ultimate North Lake Tahoe getaway any time of the year.



Getting Around:

The home has a public transportation TART stop a two miles away. This stop is called HWY 28 at Countryclub by Fairway which runs every hour and connects you to stops such as Kings Beach. For those arriving into the Reno-Tahoe International airport there are shuttle options that will take you to Incline Village. For those with a vehicle take advantage of HWY 28 just minutes away and enjoy day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas located around Lake Tahoe.



UBER, Lyft, and taxi options are available.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used,



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note that the grill is only available in the summer months.
