    Enjoy Tahoe in this contemporary 3-bedroom condo with grassy front area and sunny back deck. The open floor plan makes visiting with friends and family easy and comfortable. Fire up the grill out on the deck and enjoy the beauty of the Tahoe pines. Winter fun is a few minutes away at Diamond peak. Cool off in the summer at the two pools in the complex. Pet friendly for a extra nightly fee, maximum 2 dogs.

    Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are open and offer rentals for SUP & kayaks.

    The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public per Incline Village community board. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay.

The sheets in the first bedroom were dirty and so was the shower track. It would have been nice to have a small thing of dish soap and a new sponge. Also warmer blankets on the beds but other than that the location is nice.

The trip started off poorly waiting an hour for our keys as our check in packet was “forgotten to be put together” — it took an hour from start to finish. Once arriving the home smelt musty & there was a NV Energy power cut off form laying on the step from April. The master bedrooms devut cover had mold on it. The other bedrooms had spiders/webs on the beds. When I went to immediately wash it all there was only an empty bottle of tide detergent despite saying there is enough for 3 loads on the listing. I went to buy detergent. I also found black mold in the freezer & ice trays, The condiments in the fridge spoiled (I’m assuming this happened when the power was cut). It was unfortunate to spend time shopping & cleaning immediately after a 4day roadtrip. The pool code was also incorrect - a neighbor told me the correct code and said that the one I had was from over a year ago. The upstairs toilet runs constantly if the chain isn’t fixed after each use. On the walls between the two bedrooms downstairs there was dried pet urine that trailed onto the floor. When I tried to clean it it had been there so long the carpet was stained yellow. The location was great & since most of our time was spent out of the unit it was tolerable, but I wouldn’t spend 1500 for 3 days on these sort of accommodations again. Only an apology was offered to me at checkout.
