"Awesome customer service by front desk staff, particularly Lily Yun, who extended over and beyond their time and efforts to give us critical information about attractions and places for variety of food to satisfy our cravings. Hotel rooms are well organized and exceptionally clean."

"Hello, Our check-in time was 3:00 PM, but I was not able to enter our room until 3:40 PM. We had to wait 40 minutes past the official check-in time, which was inconvenient after our travels. I would appreciate it if you could consider some form of compensation, such as a late check-out or another ..."
