Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The accommodations were spotless and had everything we needed. And the location was perfect for us. We particularly enjoyed the walking trail around the reclaimed marsh. Lots of birds and views!

We were looking for space to relax and spend some quality time with our (adult) baby girl before her ship sailed off on deployment. THIS was the perfect place! Close to Coronado, lots of close restaurants and shops, less than a minute walk to the bike path to enjoy the beaches! The home was clean, inviting, and cozy. The hosts were great and we even met Nataliya who was so nice and friendly! Would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend! Thank you Harold and Nataliya for hosting us!

WOW is the simplest way to describe it ! We were greeted by one of the owners and showed all details of the property. It was an amazing location and views from the beach front balcony were beautiful! My plan is to definitely return to the area and will be requesting the opportunity to stay again !

We just wrapped up an unforgettable family getaway at this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home, and it truly lived up to its name as the "Gateway to Coronado." Sleeping 8 comfortably, it was the perfect base for our group, with plenty of room for kids to spread out and adults to unwind.From the moment we arrived, the host's warm welcome (via clear instructions and quick responses) set a relaxed tone. The home was spotlessly clean, with modern air conditioning keeping things cool during the SoCal heat, and the fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze. The washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver for sandy beach towels after days at the shore.Its prime location couldn't be beat: We're talking a quick hop to Coronado's beaches, biking paths, and eateries, making it easy to explore without the hassle of traffic or parking woes. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations—10/10 exceptional, just like the reviews say. It's family-friendly magic at its best, blending comfort, convenience, and that "just right" coastal charm. This property was very spacious. There were many useful amenities such as numerous outlets and closet space. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and appliances. Perfect for Rest and Relaxation

I needed a place to recuperate from a surgery I had before heading back home to Arizona. We were very comfortable and loved how many things were within walking distance. Host was great as well and kept in contact to make sure we arrived safely. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we return for trip.

Everything you need!

Gateway to Coronado was fabulous! Everything was provided for us, even extra toothbrushes and toothpaste if we had forgotten ours. Hosts have a lot of pride in their property and it shows. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The area is quiet and you can learn about some San Diego history if you take a short walk down the path. If you're missing your own dogs because you had to leave them at home, don't worry, there are plenty friendly dogs to meet at the complex.We also enjoyed the proximity to downtown San Diego without being right in the city. Travel time was less than 15 minutes to everything we wanted to do.We will definitely book again with Harold and Nataliya when we are in the area!

Imperial Beech - a stones throw from Coronado

We were attending a family reunion on Coronado and found Nataliya and Harold's townhome perfect for our family. The nine miles to and from Coronado was quick and easy with only one stop light along the way (we had to return frequently for the baby's naps.) The townhouse was bright and cheerful. It had everything one would need for a short or long stay. It is located very conveniently near many shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend!

CLEAN and spacious!

Owners were very friendly and such a pleasure to work with. Easily get a hold of if needed etc. the unit was as advertised. Plenty of rooms and bathroom for 2 families. I love the cleanliness of the unit and free parking for 2 small vehicles. We will definitely stay again with this owner. Our Aloha for having us from Kauai and Maui!

Navy family get together

The owners are very friendly and helpful if you needed anything. This place has lots of room downstairs. And the bedrooms and closets are very large and nice walk in closets. I will this this a 10 out of 10.
