This beach front condo is part a private, gated complex with an underground secure garage and 2 parking spaces and ELEVATOR! The Beach Club is located on the beach, no busy street or boardwalk separating you from the beach. It has its own heated shower to rinse from beach, heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub area with plenty of lounge chairs. Barbecue area with several gas grills and tables to enjoy fresh catch or steak in the spacious garden courtyard. This Resort style courtyard is a life saver to your vacation! Although weather is great in San Diego if a day/afternoon gets cool/windy you will be grateful you chose our property!!!

About the Unit:
This condo is a second floor unit that offers you a beautiful direct view of the ocean, park, pier, and picturesque Coronado Islands. Sleeps up to six people. Two bedrooms two full baths both with shower and tubs. Master has king bed, second room has queen and twin, front room has "L" shape couch and a high quality queen air bed (Preferred by past guests over fold out bed!).You'll relax to the soothing sound of the Pacific Ocean waves and fresh ocean air. Open concept kitchen/living room all with view of beach and Pacific Ocean! Modest private ocean view balcony.

About the Area:
Beach town with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Stroll on the beach head south or north as the beach is long for those looking for a private romantic scene. Walk out on the fishing pier and eat breakfast/lunch. Excellent fishing, swimming/surfing! Watch or participate! A 10 minute drive affords you easy access to the famous Island of Coronado and its golf course. 20 minutes takes you to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World, San Diego Embarcadero, Seaport Village, Downtown San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter. World class dinning/eateries, Urban Wineries, Craft Breweries await you!

The condo was beautiful and so well maintained and decorated. The ocean view was extraordinary, due to the floor to ceiling windows. Access to the beach and pool area was super easy. The pool was beautifully maintained. We would definitely stay again.

My family of 5 (wife and I, plus two 15 year olds and a 14 year old) had a wonderful time at this beach front condo. We were celebrating a few milestones in our family. Me turning 50, twins about to turn 16, and an anniversary to boot. We are not wealthy world travelers, so this was a very special time/opportunity for us that didn't disappoint. The location is very conducive to many tourist attractions. Thursday-(arrival date) smooth check in and scoped out the lay of the land after going to Grocery Outlet for supplies. We strolled the pier and my son thoroughly enjoyed playing basketball on the beach side court with some locals while taking the time to watch the sun set over the Pacific. My daughters enjoyed the outdoors fitness area and volleyball on the beach.Friday-enjoyed a short jaunt over to Coronado. Hotel del Coronado's craftsmanship is awesome and the beaches there truly sparkle. Enjoyed New York style pizza from Luigi's in IB(San Diego location featured on Triple D).Saturday - toured the USS Midway and dined in the Gaslamp district before taking in a Padres game at the very cool Petco Park.Sunday - shopped Las Americas Premier OutletsMonday - SeaWorld Highlight of the trip, even over the excursions, was listening to/viewing the ocean waves crashing while enjoying morning coffee and evening wine on balcony Fell asleep at night on couch a few times listening to the waves break. Nothing better, imo anyways. Host were very accommodating. *Check ocean conditions

We should have stayed for a week or more. Far from the hustle and pretensions of the city and even little Coronado, Imperial Beach is quaint, had everything we needed within a mile, and we relaxed easily. The Beach is gorgeous, but not swimmable at the time. The po was cool and clear, and the hot tub was great for our aches & pains. We really enjoyed the full kitchen and large couch. Great water pressure in the shower!

We loved our stay at the condo ! The hosts were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed . The neighborhood is cute with so many delicious restaurants in walking distance . The pics don’t do this Condo justice . It’s large and very nice with an amazing view.

My 91yo mother and I came to celebrate my birthday, visit he sister and bury a dear friend so an emotional trip. The condo was perfect. Well furnished and equipped and very comfortable. Fabulous views. Convenient location. Lovely pool area. Would not have known parts of the building were under construction if I hadn’t been told - never heard a thing. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. I would stay here again - highly recommend.

We enjoyed returning to this property for Christmas and a birthday celebration. Beautiful location right on the beach. We loved the laid back vibe of Imperial Beach and the comfortable layout of this condo. Amazing beach and sunset views! Wonderful communication with the owners. We’ll be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful mini vacation over Thanksgiving break. The view from the balcony was absolutely wonderful. You can enjoy your cup of coffee while walking on the beach. You are just steps away. The condo is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The owners are quick to respond with any questions. You will have a lovely time in this condo. We plan on visiting again.

This property is awesome, very clean and set up nicely. My sisters and i stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the San Diego area. We loved our place, visiting the pier every night, enjoying the hot tub every night and eating the local cusine. It was a perfect weekend. weekend

My sister and I stayed for almost a week- it was the perfect place! Two full bathrooms, a brand new, well-appointed kitchen, and plenty of space. The condo building is ON the beach- no road between the building and the ocean. The pictures don’t do the view or unit justice! It is within a complex so it is quieter than being on a street, but its walkable to all IB has to offer. The owners were extremely responsive.

We stayed here with our kids ages 17,17,15 and 9 for 5 nights and when we are back to SD we won’t look anywhere else. Regardless it was under construction outside, we had the best time. We travel for work with our business and staying in rentals about 7-8 months out of the year. This place is upscale, super clean, amazing location and super comfortable! Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions because the owners will do their absolute best to make sure you feel good while you stay at their property! So thank you again,we will be back for sure!

We were two families that stayed for a baseball tournament. The location was close to everything; All fields we played on, Sea World, The Zoo, most important; Ocean Beach. The house was equipped with everything needed to accommodate two families. Hosts were EXTRA generous! We plan to come back next Summer, with or without baseball!

My friend Natalia and I were unfortunately unable to stay at this exact property but loved the alternative location we were offered. Very nice and clean plus quiet. Great location near the airport. I would highly recommend.

Although our original listing was unavailable, we were given a very superior alternative which was very clean, modern, and with everything we could hope for. I highly recommend choosing Nataliya and Harold as hosts. The townhouse was spotless and conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. It was also an end unit with beautiful views of a wildlife sanctuary just outside the door with walking trails that went on for miles. A very enjoyable vacation!

condo was clean and comfortable. owner was very responsive. The beach views were beautiful. It was what was advertised and helped make our visit great. It was disappointing that the ocean water quality is bad in this area. That is not the fault of the owner or a problem with the condo itself. We enjoyed great restaurants in the area. Area seemed safe on our walks, but we also appreciated the secure building the condo is in.
