The house has three vacation apartments.
The cozy maisonette is located on the right side of the upper floor. Its private entrance is accessible via an outdoor staircase. There is a pleasant sitting area in front of the entrance. The comfortable dining area (which can also be used for working), the fully equipped kitchen with a large freestanding refrigerator and freezer, and the new, modern bathroom are located on the first floor of the apartment. The bathroom features a new shower and sink, infrared ceiling heating, and a new washer-dryer combo. An indoor staircase leads to the bright upper floor, which has a sofa (that can be converted into a sleeper sofa) for relaxing or watching TV. From here, you have access to the beautiful, spacious rooftop terrace with a barbecue and a comfortable seating area overlooking the greenery and the chicken pasture. Behind that is a large closet, and beyond it stands a bed (160 x 200 cm), from which you have a fantastic view of the Alps on clear days. The peaceful surroundings invite you to relax. The Mercedes-Benz Group AG Test and Technology Center is just 3.6 km away. Hiking and biking trails are right outside the door. Nothing stands in the way of a long and pleasant stay.
