Surrounded by an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this spacious converted farm building blends rustic character with modern comfort, sleeping up to twelve guests in five beautifully appointed bedrooms.



Its showpiece is the expansive new deck, complete with a luxury hot tub, garden seating, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area, all overlooking Coulscott's lush green valley. It's the ideal spot to unwind after a day exploring the coast and countryside, whether soaking in the warm bubbles or relaxing with a drink in hand.



Inside, triple-height vaulted ceilings, exposed stone walls, and warm wood finishes create an inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen, with its four-door electric Aga and espresso machine, makes group dining a pleasure, while the mezzanine snug offers a cosy hideaway with a well-stocked library and sweeping valley views.



Accommodation includes a sunlit super king bedroom with ensuite and a sunroom leading to a private terrace and garden, a king bedroom with balcony, and a luxurious master suite with dressing room, ensuite, and Juliette balcony opening onto the deck. Two charming twin rooms on the top floor complete the sleeping arrangements, with flexible options to add extra beds if needed.
