"There was a little bit of a hiccup with our check in but the staff was very helpful to rectify the situation. The bed was quite firm but everything else was as expected, clean and maintained. Sadly wasn't able to try the breakfast buffet and the shuttle doesn't go to terminal 3 even though it's only 1k away."

"It was very convenient to stay, especially if you have have an early flight. The free shuttle is a great amenity. The buffet was also nice and had a variety of food. However, the beds were awful. It was our worst night sleep in Japan. The bathroom is also dated and small. The laundry is great to have but the dryer requires two cycles. We did not use the spa, sauna or pool but we did venture down there. There were A LOT of people using it. So I suspect it was crowded and it was indoors. The...

"We stayed here the night before our departure. You are a bit far from Narita the city so we were kind of tied to the hotel for the evening. Property is dated but clean. Spacious room. Restaurants are pricey. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was really good. Lots of western and japanese food options. Fresh. Shuttle is convenient to airport and runs about every 30 min."

"Everything!! Loved the 7-11 and the lovely rooms and beautiful bathroom. I wish you did not charge for the pool. The shop we went in was fabulous but the others weren’t open before we left. Food was incredible. I’m coming back!!"

"We stayed at the Habitat. There was no staff to assist. Signage only says check out but no check in so it was confusing, We had to seek help from the nearby friendly Karin Onsen staff. This is okay but it would be better if we were informed in advance."
