"Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water"

"It's a 3-star place for a reason. The room was not at all what the pictures made it look like. The sink is in the room, not in the bathroom, and there's no closet, just a bar with a few hangers. "Staff was rude upon checking in. There was no greetings upon arriving and if it was a hassle for her to do her job at the moment. Area was digusting outside with trash and people smoking."
