"Very easy check in and excellent staff. Location is right in town which is perfect if travelling without a vehicle. Room was on the second floor, there is a small elevator which is good to use when hauling luggage on the first and last day, but stairs are wide and not steep if you’re looking to get steps in! Room was a good size - I booked a single room - and had a good sized bathroom. TV and towel rail weren’t working - mentioned to the staff and they moved me to a new room really quickly and...

"A very bliss visit was so nice being away from big towns and citys. The dingle den is very cozy, Jo the host is an amazing lady and willing to help with anything you may need. I spent 13 days here and it is very peacful you wont see a single person unless you want to head to the local pub/resturant that does very good food and has a nice chilled vibe. Will be staying again in the summer "

"We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3"
