"We had a great stay. We are visiting from the USA and are booking hotels as we go, not ahead of time. We found this hotel around 6-7 PM and rang from the keypad on site. We were instructed to communicate from WhatsApp and everything from there went smoothly and quickly (as there wasn’t a host on site at that time). "The hotel was absolutely lovely. We only stayed one night but I wish we had stayed more… The room was romantic and the rooftop terrace had a wonderful view of the harbor. "Inside the hotel, the property is clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very attentive. The room was very comfortable. While there is a gated parking lot in the back, the street is on a steep hill, which requires a steep set of concrete stairs to get up and down to walk anywhere, including public transportation. "It was a beautiful property, completely private. Wasnt sure from online but it looked like it was walkable to sea but you just can see the water. You also can not walk to other parts of town as its a gated properyy up on a hill. But the grounds are beautiful trees and flowers and bushes. "

"Very beautiful building with comfortable beds. The breakfast was very tasty with many choices. The staff was very personable. There was some construction going on in the building which disrupted my husband's sleep about 9 AM. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily. The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me. "Karma is located right in the middle if everything with the marina/beach right across the street. Do yourself a favor and pay for parking, it’s the best money you’ll spend as there are times where street parking is completely full. "We were in a very central location & the service was exceptional. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as it has stairs to manage "
